Ice maker acted up, got service on 8/19. Tech ordered parts and said it would take a week. Parts came next day, appt STILL not available until 8/27. The next day 8/20, refrigerator stopped working, no freezing or anything. On 8/27 tech had problem can't make it to us. Next available date 8/31 12 to 5. Buying ice all this time with medications needing refrigeration. On 8/31 tech NEVER showed NOR CALLED. NEXT APPT 9/9. ALL YOU GET IS RUN AROUND ON MESSAGES AND PHONE NUMBERS. THEIR SERVICES SUCK TO THE MAX
