Triangle Home Solutions removed an old, rotted two-tiered deck and fence for us and rebuilt both. The entire process went smoothly and all work was done well above and beyond our expectations. They were prompt in arriving every day, conscientious, respectful of our property, and above all, extremely talented! Their craftsmanship and expertise is truly remarkable. Our new deck looks so much better than the old one. The personal touches they added to the design makes the deck look spectacular. We just love it! They stayed on the schedule provided to us and the final cost was exactly what was quoted. We will definitely use THS for our future home improvements and would highly recommend their professional services.

Chuck came to do an initial walkthrough and I was very impressed and excited to work with him. He told me he'd send me an estimate the next day. A week later, I emailed him about it, and he said he was on vacation and would get to it soon. Another week later, he emailed me to say he no longer had time to do the project. I asked for a referral to another contractor and he never responded. I understand that scheduling issues arise, but I feel like he handled it in an unprofessional manner and was disappointed in the service I received.
