The Molly Maids team was the best house cleaning crew that I have ever had. They were here on time and began cleaning immediately not stop until all rooms were cleaned and polished. Above average cleaning service.

I recently used Molly Maid to perform a move-out clean after I had moved out of a rental house. They did a great job! Starla and Adriana were very professional, friendly and courteous. They asked if I had any problem areas that they needed to concentrate on, and they delivered fantastic results. I really liked that they finished in the amount of time they told me upfront. I will use Molly Maid again!

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Molly Maid since we started using them a few months ago. They’re professional, courteous, and always leave our home looking absolutely spotless! They’re also extremely accommodating and are excellent communicators. We’ve had to reschedule services a couple of times and they’re more than happy to be flexible with our schedules. They send frequent reminders about upcoming appointments and their staff is so friendly. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

I’ve had half a dozen wonderful Molly Maid of Cary teams clean my house. Today Coleen & Tiffany were awesome, and these great teams are why I’ll keep calling Molly Maid of Cary! They are fantastic!!!

Tiffany and Yorlix were great. I really appreciated the extra care they put in for organizing all the items in each room on top of the cleaning. They made each room look amazing.

I can’t thank you enough for the excellent job the team did, I’ve been finding it difficult to manage everything and balancing life and the crew gave me the best gift: peace of mind and a job well done! I highly recommend :)

Jessie and Alejandra performed an initial deep clean at my home and did an absolutely amazing job, I am so grateful for their care and attention! My bathroom is completely transformed, it is SO bright in there now that it's sparkling clean. I recently rearranged several rooms and had bits and pieces of furniture and stuff laying around which these wonderful ladies tidied up, I didn't expect that and was delighted. I don't know how they did it but am so thankful for them working this magic in my home!

The teams do a great job of cleaning my house. The service and scheduling by the office is excellent. They are always on time and have been able to move cleaning around vacations, events, and holidays. I highly recommend this service.

Maureen and Ingris did an outstanding job at my house today. I got a 3 hour deep clean (kitchen cabinets, bathroom, floors, baseboards, door frames, etc). I wanted to get everything nice and clean before I have my hip surgery. I couldn't be more pleased. I will use them again in a couple of weeks to do my bedrooms. Money well spent. I highly recommend.

I wouldn't recommend services here. To start I was supposed to get a phone call when the cleaners were on their way, but instead was met by an unsuspecting knock. l asked why I wasn't called and was told blankly "I forgot" totally unprofessional.
Now as for the cleaning, when paying someone to do a service, you expect the service to get done properly. I don't expect my floors to still be dirty, visible areas that weren't swept, soap scum still in the bathrooms, counters and dressers left unwiped, mirrors and table left smudged where you see a dirty rag was used. What makes it worse is the cleaners were left with nothing on countertops or dressers so how did it not get cleaned properly? I shouldn't have to come into my home and clean over "professional" cleaners. To top things off they broke a shelf in my refrigerator while cleaning, and failed to mention it. They stated it would be a deep clean, but it was more of a straightening up and that's not what I paid for. Also, stating a job took nearly 3 hours and many areas were missed is disappointing. I'll consider this a $300 donation to their company and will no be utilizing them for future services.
