Expensive! For a non emergency call, they tacked on a $95 dollar "travel fee" (I live six miles away) and a $12 "credit card processing fee". All told just shy of $400 for a clogged AC drain line. This should cost about $250 according to online estimates, so can't recommend this company.

Came out to the house for 15 minutes, said they couldn't fix the compressor b/c "the part would be too hard to find" and that "Jimmy" would call me the next day. Paid over $100 for this "Service Call" and of course, never heard from Jimmy. Called after the weekend, was told Jimmy was on the phone and would call me back in 5 minutes. That was 2 weeks ago. TERRIBLE CLIENT SERVICE!
