We were so impressed with Apex Heating and Air’s service and integrity. They were honest, very dependable, efficient and friendly. They are a locally owned business who take pride in their work and reputation.

They were in and out in a day for a Trane replacement with a Carrier. Financing terms we're great. Tore out the air handler and replaced it along with the external heat pump. Electrician on the job did an informal evaluation of the electric box too.

I got an estimate from them in case I needed to replace my HVAC system. Johnny is fabulous. They replaced all the ductwork under my house including the boots. They were on time and did a famous job.

This is the second time I've used Apex Heating & Air Conditioning's services. Felt compelled to write a review to express how impressed I am with their service. Both times I got same day service. Their rates are very reasonable and the service is impeccable.

Great to work with Apex Heating and Air. We had a motor give out recently and the crew was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. They were able to explain the problem and what exactly needed to be done to fix the unit. Huge thanks to Paul and Colton!

Replaced HVAC. I discussed a bunch of details with Jimmy about what I was looking for, replacing Apollo system with conventional gas furnace. I was way more impressed with my dialogue with him than people who came from other firms to give a quote. Got a new 2 stage air conditioner and gas furnace. They did a beautiful job and were a friendly bunch as well. They also made the process of getting rebates from Duke Power and PSNC really easy. The took care of the paper work.

Our A/C unit all of a sudden quit working,so my husband called Apex Heating and Air for service. Little did we know we would get Kenny Markham which is a long time friend and our go to company. Kenny is the "Best" and took care of our problem with so much ease and professionalism.Thanks for being there when we needed you.

I've been using Apex heating & Air for almost 10 years. The service techs take the time to show me where the problems are and what should be done and why. they are even proactive about letting me know how to take care of the equipment so it lasts longer. I was blown away by the great service and how friendly they always are.

JJ came by this morning to give us a quote on a new AC system. We had a repair done recently by another company and with the age of our units thought they may need to be replaced. After getting answers to questions he asked, JJ went into the attic to check out the furnace. Right away he noticed a pipe not completely connected to the furnace, and he said this is why the air was hot. You were getting hot air from the attic being pumped into the house. He had what he needed to fix it and did that on the spot. He said the furnaces and units are in great shape and don't need to be replaced. We will use them in the future and will get a maintenance plan set up right away! Great experience and highly recommend!

Great service, easy to work with, honest and fair in their pricing and delivery of service and a quick response considering my circumstances. I own a local business (orthodontic practice) in Apex and unfortunately, had one of my 2 AC units (compressors) stolen on a Thursday night. No other HVAC company was able to respond and help me out as quickly as Apex Heating and Air. They were able to get a replacement on the following Sat so that my business would be fully operational on the next Monday. I will use Apex Heating and Air again for all of my residential and commercial HVAC needs.

Words simply cannot express how impressed I am with Apex Heathing and Cooling. I called for service because my furnace was throwing out a code. I hear your commericals on WTAQ just about every morning and decided you give your company a call. I am so very glad I did. Once the estimates came in for repair, I made the decision to replace the furnace for a more efficient one. The price was much lower than I expected. And then there was the service. Troy came out on Monday and was awesome. He explained to me what was wrong, showed me what he was talking about so that there was no doubt. The following day he came back with Rob to install the new furnace. They were phenomenal. Very friendly, courteous, and clean! They went above and beyond and exceed every expectation that I had. Furnace issues are never fun and can be costly. They made a potentially stressful situation almost an exciting one. You have a customer for life and I will do my best to recommend you to others as well. Thank you so much for being there for me when I needed someone to help with my heating needs.

Apex H&C has done my HVAC work for years. I recently had them replace my HVAC unit with a new Trane unit. They were always very responsive on questions for the estimate. The day of the install went very smooth and they showed up on time. They are highly recommended!! If you are looking at some of the big companies for HVAC repair or replacement work, you deserve it to yourself to get an estimate from a Mom/Pop company that will give you some of the best customer service you will ever find.

We were getting the run around from our former HVAC company. We called Apex Heating and Air on a referral from a friend. They came out the same day, quoted a better system at about $1000 less AND installed it 2 days later. On top of that it was during a heat wave and I know they were very busy, yet they arrived and finished exactly when they promised. time

Excellent experience purchasing a new HVAC. The office staff took the time to discuss different financing options as well as address any questions and concerns I had. Installation was quick and technicians were very polite and professional. Definitely recommend.

Have used Apex Heating and Air for several years now for their Peak Performance Energy Savings Service Plan. My system is checked every Fall and Spring by their pro active scheduling . I once had a problem during extremely hot weather on a Friday afternoon at 4PM with house guests visiting for the weekend . Expecting the earliest a service call would be dispatched would be Saturday I was pleasantly surprised that a technician was dispatched immediately to arrive by 5PM . It was a minor problem and a miserable weekend was adverted ! All of the technicians I have been exposed to for my semi-annual checkups have been knowledgeable and professional. Couldn't be happier with their customer service .

After research, talking with 4 companies and getting their estimates, we settled on Apex Heating and Air. So glad we did! Great product, great service and they went above and beyond during the installation, even painting the gas lines to make it more attractive. According to Consumer Report, installation is THE most important day in the life of your HVAC. These guys were top-notch.

Great experience last week with Apex Heating and Air. I called late on a Friday, and they couldn't make it out same day, but suggested a temporary fix to keep my A/C working through a hot weekend while I waited for my Monday appointment. That day, the techs came out in a timely fashion, were extremely professional, solved the problem quickly, and went above and beyond with cleanup. Highly recommend.
