Great they came and just fixed everything right away

From start to finish, this team saved the day, well, night technically. It was well after 10pm when they got the call. They fixed us up that night while my Family slept. We woke up to normal life again and it was WELL worth what we paid. I'll call them next time, for sure.

Truck driver on his phone while on the highway. Nearly got in multiple wrecks. Don't support a company that puts peoples' lives on risks.

Mitchell from AJET was simply the best. In everyway you would prefer an A rated service to be, Mitchell hit them all. Polite, knowledgeable, precise, respectful and super easy to talk to. Better than the day I moved in and you never knew anyone was there. He cleaned everything just the way it was prior to his arrival, completed the task to 100% fruition with the highest work ethic there is. Thank you Mitchell!

I had a very complex water leakage problem in my apartment and the local maintenance techicians could not figure it out.

They ended up calling AJet Plumbing out to solve the problem. AJet sent Jerry out and within minutes he found 2 significant problems that the others could not find.

He very quickly solved both those problems and left me very happy with his professional skills. In addition to that, Jerry was very friendly, communicated the situation and his approach very well, and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied.

Since then, I have had 2 other plumbing issues where AJet was called in, and they sent Jerry back again to solve the problems.

He solved those issues, again very quickly, great proficialism, courtesy and well communicated.

I live in an apartment, an employee at AJET came to do maintenance while I could not be there. Whoever was there unplugged my security camera, leaving no video trace. I find this a huge invasion of privacy. I would take this lack of integrity into account before moving forward with this service!

Fast and on time, and great quality.

Terrible, were the plumbers for our new construction and did a horrible job that costed us a lot of $$$

Poor workmanship and service. My husband and I have a New Contruction Home. They are the independent contractor for Mungo Homes and they've been completely useless. We've had to come out of pocket for pretty much everything because they want to place blame on everyone under the sun except themselves. We've had the same plumbing issue from the moment we moved in, so who can be the culprit in this issue besides them? We apparently didn't build the house or do the plumbing. Ridiculous company. Beware.

All-Max gave me the finger this morning.
I was stuck driving behind him from Youngsville through wake forest in the fast lane. He was going so slow (honest to God) a school bus moved in front of him and left him in the dust. When I finally had a space big enough, I moved into the slow lane and passed him. As I passed, he flipped me off.

All Max did the plumbing on our new home with Lennar. Larry came out to install a flo-meter device that was on back order and happily troubleshooted a plumbing issue with our toilet and dishwasher while here. Can't not say enough about how kind and willing to help he was. He was knowledgeable and educated me as well. From this experience I am pleased with this company!

All-Max installed the tankless water heater in my new home and it is very inefficient. The hot water takes 3 minutes to get hot in the primary shower and they say that as long as it gets therein 4 minutes it is fine. I have not washed my face at the sink with hot water because I don’t want to waste so much water. Just from the shower head I waste an average of 375 gallons per month. If I take a bath and need to reheat the water, I can’t because within 5 minutes the water coming from the faucet is cold again. I would not recommend using them especially when it comes to a tankless water heaters. This is unacceptable.

I would have given a NEGATIVE star if available but I would never ever recommend this plumbing company. Reasons as below
we have a newly constructed house which we lived only for 2 months unfortunately builder had this All Max plumbing as the warranty provider.

1, We called for a plumbing water emergency issue in evening and the warranty contact was very arrogant.

2, They showed up in the morning and did not gave us an estimate for work and finally when the work was completed they gave us a huge bill of $500+. They said thr was debris’s from wipes which they were not having any photographes of any proof to confirm it.

When we asked why the work was done without estimate and letting us know hw much it cost and proper communication they was just pushing back. We were under the impression that it will be covered under home warranty and that’s how the constructors were sounding when they showed up in the morning

Very bad plumbing company to work with...

Company did plumbing work for most if not all the new builds in our neighborhood. Our water heater went out and service response was quick, within twenty minutes.
However, it ended up being just the pilot light and the tech was able to get us back up running in two minutes. Service charge: $125
While we did not expect free service, a pro-rated charge would have been the right thing to do.
All the other contractors that have come out to the house over the last two years that were involved in the house build did their touch-ups or service checks completely for free.

Love Rob plumbing. They can be trusted.

We have been using Robb plumbing for about three years now. They are super responsive and always send someone out quickly. Carlton is the main plumber that typically responds. He is AMAZING.

We leave a list of plumbing things we need done and Carlton knocks every one of them off quickly / with excellence - and leaves a note letting me know just what has been done.

I give them an A+++ rating!!

We had a busted sewage pipe underground. Robb Plumbing was recommended to us, and we were/are thrilled with the results. George and his team meticulously assessed the problem, came up with an optimal solution, worked with local agencies to secure approvals, and then got the job done. Everyone there is polite and great at what they do. We recommend them 100% for any outdoor plumbing needs.

We had to use TCR Rooter in an emergency from our upstairs bathroom flooding! The service and reliability was perfect! We know in a jam who to call if we need plumbing service again! Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service!
