I had a great experience with Baker for our home's roof replacement. David was a very informative and a low pressure sales partner and Ted was on top of things during the install. They left the property with nearly zero signs that they were here (no trash, nails, vegetation damage, etc). Highly recommend.

Recent heavy rain and storms created several leaks in my roof. Joey and Enrique from Baker Home Exteriors came out and were able to replace four compromised roof vents. Both were professional and did great work. They were also able to secure a loose fascia board on one of the dormer's to prevent further water damage from rain. Overall, a great experience.

I recently had a roof replaced with a new one installed by Baker Home Exteriors. My overall impression is a positive one, and I’m very pleased to have a new roof on my home. From my initial contact with Baker, through the installation to the final inspections, my overall experience was positive. I was particularly impress with my Sales Consultant, Kelly Norris. He was respectful, patient and understanding of my need to do my extensive due diligence, so that I could feel comfortable in my selection of my roofing contractor. My heightened need for assurance was the result of previous experiences with service provider who proved themselves to be unethical and without integrity; and left me disappointed and cautious when dealing with future contractors and service providers. Kelly understood that and respected my caution. It was because of my interactions with Kelly, and the respect he showed me on a personal level that I chose to go with Baker Home Exteriors. Throughout the process, I felt that we had created a relationship beyond that of a sales consultant and a prospective customer.

There were hiccups along the way that I noticed and brought to the attention of the Project Manager, Ted Haddock. He was always respectful and always responsive, going beyond perhaps what he was required to do to ensure my satisfaction as a customer. Never did I feel that I was being deceived or dismissed; or that Baker was trying to shirk their responsibility to make the situation right. And during the final quality assurance inspection, when their inspector found something that did not meet his standards, Baker promptly returned to address the issues that had been identified. I could say more, but suffice it to say that I believe I made a good decision to go with Baker Home Exteriors. The human being to human being relationships largely contributed to my level of satisfaction with the business experience and the final product.

They did excellent work. We needed to replace a glass door. Blends perfectly, like it never even happened.

Jacob replaced a tricky window in our bathroom. Looks and works amazing! Great guy to work with!

I had a wonderful experience with Baker Home Exteriors. I found them via a recommendation on a DIY YouTube channel. From first contact they were timely and professional.

Even though my job was a relatively small one, they treated it with the same amount of professionalism they would give to a much larger job.

Once your project is kicked off, you are given the team that will be working with you and a project portal to be able to handle everything needed for your job.

Both my project lead, Joey and the on-site workman Enrique was fantastic and flexible. Because I was showing my home, my schedule got a bit crazy, and they were able to accommodate the last-minute changes needed in my project. The work was excellent, and I would definitely use them again!

Nothing but good things to say about Baker Roofing. The project for which I hired Baker was not your typical roofing and siding project. This will be a bit long but the back story is part of what made this a great experience.

I have an older home built in the 70s that had a stucco exterior. About 1 year ago I started contacting roofers about replacement as the roof was over 20y old. I spoke with at least six companies. One thing they all noted was difficulties I would face with properly installing a new roof with a full warranty due to the way the stucco had been literally brought down to cover a good portion of the shingles in several places on the roof. The companies fell into two categories 1) never called me back or 2) told me I need to somehow address the stucco at the same time. Baker was one of only 2 companies willing to work on this project, at all.

After my wife and I spent weeks/months deliberating over what to do we decided it was time to get rid of the (cracking, uneven, and overall not nice looking) stucco and do a full roofing and siding project. David Frawley was the sales rep I worked with at Baker. My interactions with him were one of the biggest reasons I chose Baker for the project. This was not a short sales process. It started in December 2021 and we didn’t sign with Baker until May 2022. David was at my home at least 5 times while trying to figure out a solution for my project and to answer my questions. He was not pushy and allowed me to take the approach of calling him when I was ready to move forward. Was really a great experience.

The project started in October because of its scale and amount of materials required. At the start we had a project manager named Josh who was on top of things from day one. This project required tearing stucco from the house, installing OSB (which the house lacked under the stucco) and then installing James Hardie siding, and of course a roof. Josh was easy to contact and had a genuine interest in making sure our extremely non-standard project was done correctly. About half way through the project Josh left the company and Robert Allen took over. With the project re-assigned to Robert he had to deal with the toughest part which was seeing it through to completion. The transition was as seamless as I could have hoped. I never felt like the project was dangling during the transition and Robert jumped in as though the project had been his all along.

The stucco demo and siding installation was done by professionals named Ivan and Oscar. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did. Typically when I have work done on my home I walk around and find things I’m unhappy with. This is not the case with the work they did. I will also say that I received compliments from a neighbor on how well Ivan and Oscar worked together and that they were very methodical but efficient. Another non-standard thing that had to be dealt with was the fact that the stucco had adhered to the brick and cinder block foundation. Removal caused the surface of the blocks to look uneven, especially near the entrance of the house. I asked about this and another Baker employee Wayne Stanfield who had also been on site several times offered to come by and smooth things out with some mortar mix. Not at all expected as part of the project but much appreciated as it looks great. The roof was installed by Hernan. This involved removing all of the roof decking and full shingle replacement. This also looks great. As the roof was going on I could see that they were paying particular attention to potential trouble spots that all houses have.

Things wrapped up about a month ago and everything looks amazing! Would work with Baker again without question.

We are very happy with our new roof from Baker Roofing.The Baker crew was highly professional, prompt, and very considerate of us and our needs. They all worked extremely hard with a 12 hour day. They were amazing with their teamwork and seemed to anticipate what each other needed to get the job done. In addition they cleaned up everything beautifully all around the yard. Baker Roofing replaced our entire roof 10 years ago and did an excellent job. Today's review is for their continued exceptional service.

About three weeks ago (in the evening), we heard and confirmed that rain was dripping into our gas fireplace. I went to the attic and saw rain slowly sliding down the metal flue/chimney.

We called Baker Roofing the next morning and they came out that day to check on the cause. They found that the caulking around the cap of the chimney was brittle and some pieces had basically eroded over time. This was NOT something they touched when installing our roof, but despite that, they sent someone out the same day to re-caulk that area. And they didn't charge us a penny for it. This was above and beyond what we expected, but it's the kind of service you can expect from Baker Roofing.

Going back to the roof...We had three bids done at the time of replacement and they were right in the middle of pricing and we're so glad we went with them. We highly recommend Baker Roofing.

Joey Pritchard and Enrique did an outstanding job replacing a dryer vent on our roof. They were kind, professional, and did top quality work. An excellent customer experience from top to bottom. Highly recommend.

After I couldn't find someone local to take on my job, I reached out to Baker. The quality of the work is absolutely top notch and I can't imagine better customer service. The sales rep — Steven Bartz — was so generous with his time and information. I don't know why anyone would choose to work with another roofing company. Even if Baker's estimate might be higher than another company, it is still a much better value.

We were so pleased with all things Baker! From the start of the proposal to the end of the project, Baker was everything we hoped for in a professional company. They removed the old, faded siding on the front of our home and replaced it with stone. They covered our landscaping and the project was clean at the end of each work day. They kept us informed on what work was happening day to day and accommodated our WFH schedule with special consideration. They certainly over-delivered in a time when a lot of companies do just the opposite.

When I initially spoke to Andy Tart, he seemed genuine. I could tell that he was very confident in the quality of work that Baker Roofing company provides. We had some water damage beneath where the original door had been installed because it wasn't sealed properly so we were really concerned about quality.

When the work started, Robert Allen and Marcos Jimenez took their time installing the new door and replacing the damaged crawlspace beneath the door. Along with that, Marcos went the extra mile and painted the trim to ensure our new door was aesthetically pleasing as well.

After an oak tree fell on our house we called our insurance company, then we called Baker Roofing. They arrived at our home the next day, ready and willing to help. Our damage was prioritized and within two weeks the roof was repaired and collateral damage addressed. We used Baker roofing 5 years ago to replace our windows and again, were not happy with their work but were DELIGHTED. Bravo for their quality, professionalism and prompt attention.

Their standard operating procedures yield clear, direct and timely communications, project execution schedules that are kept and the quality and timeliness exceeded expectations. Jacob Ayala was the project manager on our project and his communications, interests in delivering quality work and warm pleasant demeanor made working with him a pleasant experience. Both halves of the two part project, gutter system and eves facia removal and installation of new Hardy Plank facia and facia painting were completed ahead of time so that my exterior home painter could start early. Jacob and BHE were able to start the second half of the project, installation of a complete new gutter system on the first and second story several days ahead of the planned schedule which meant the entire project was completed in two weeks rather than the expected three weeks.
