Just got out of my pool and I can not say enough about how greatful I am to Trinity Pools! They have their hand on the most technologically advanced pool equipment, and pool chemicals for both chlorine and salt water pools. They make maintaining your pool so easy that you will be so relaxed this and many seasons to come. Their service teams are exceptional. We absolutely love our salt water pool!

I just can’t say enough about these guys!! I’ve had 3 pools built over the years and my pool built by Trinity is hands down the best. Excellent attention to detail and all around the finish is absolutely beautiful. We Can’t wait for it to get just a little bit warmer outside. This will definitely be a place My family and I will spend most of the summer. The whole process during the construction was seamless, the follow up has been outstanding. These guys know all of my children by name, the first phone call was asking how my children were doing and if they had gotten the pool yet. It seems like they like really care, It wasn’t about getting paid and moving onto the next. The service this spring was like a service I’ve never experienced before with any other company. If you’re even considering a pool definitely call these guys. Extremely knowledgeable and professional.

I contacted Trinity pools to get some work done on my pool. Man these guys were amazing. Their technician Mike Edge was fantastic. It was obvious he knew what he was doing and was very easy to talk to. I explained my issue to him and he was able to fix it on the spot. I will be calling them again when needed. Don’t hesitate to call these guys!!

Let me start by saying that David Nelms and his team did an amazing job and that our finished project is really something to see and enjoy. I was referred to David by a friend. Being a landscape designer, I have very high expectations. During the initial consult, it was obvious that David knows everything about pools and truly wants to give you a great product. He was very personable and easy to work with. On top of that, he is a stand-up guy! His team is one of the hardest working teams I have ever seen. David was a real pleasure to work with! Having an inground pool has been a dream of mine for years, but finding the right contractor to make it happen was surprisingly difficult. I interviewed several companies—many were either way overpriced or never followed through. Thankfully, someone recommended Dave and his team, and I’m so glad they did.

From the very beginning, Dave was fantastic to work with. He’s knowledgeable, honest, and extremely patient in explaining the entire process. He took the time to help us figure out not only the best placement for the pool, but also gave great advice on designing our porch to complement the space.

Any issues that came up during the installation were addressed quickly and professionally. Dave truly is a man of his word, and his team was respectful, hardworking, and dependable throughout the entire project. We were considering getting a pool last summer and reached out to Trinity Pools. David came out and met with us and was phenomenal in answering questions, concerns and helping with visual/layout ideas. Based on that interaction, and the reviews for this company I would highly recommend. In the end, as part of our long term planning, we decided to build a pond instead and hold off on the pool. When the time comes we will be reaching back out to Trinity!

Mike Edge is the most experienced and professional individual. He cares about his customers and has treated me like family for over 10 years. Always does a great job whether something needs to be repaired, upgraded or just opening & closing the pool. I definitely recommend Trinity Pools if you live in Apex, Cary, Raleigh or surrounding area. Ask for Mike Edge!

The pool looks amazing. We are excited to see our dream backyard finally coming to life, especially with the challenging yard we had. Jake and Josh did a great job of overseeing our project from start to finish. Jake addressed any problems along we had and made sure things got resolved!

My husband and I are retired and this is our first pool. I was very nervous about the procedure and cost of putting in a in ground pool. Seth was very helpful and patient answering all my questions. With in a couple of hours he had sent me a diagram and price of the pool we talked about. We were able to go to the design center to look at the choices coping, tile and plaster. I really didn’t like the plaster options that was given to me. Seth was able to get me more choices to choose from. We selected Brilliant Blue and it’s perfect with the tile I chose.
Work started on 11/4/25. Chris and Miguel were doing the dig, rebar and tile. They are excellent! I can’t say enough about them. They work quickly and they cleaned up before leaving every night. When they had to remove the dirt they put down plastic on the driveway and sidewalk. Absolutely no dirt was left behind.
We meet Jake the day of the dig. Right off the bat we had a little hiccup. The position of the stairs had to be moved. We all decided on where they would go and everything worked out. There were a couple of other things that we had concerns about. Jake took care of it and on a timely basis. Jake was very accommodating. He made sure we were very happy with everything. He noticed the tile on the stairs and asked if that’s how I wanted it. I did not. I am very great full that he noticed it.. Our pool is not completely finished yet, we are replacing some coping. Jake is asking for Chris and Miguel to do that for us. For that I am very thankful for.
The people who shot the gunite were very clean also. They had plastic everywhere. That was very interesting to watch.
The decking faze could have been a little better. They didn’t make the slab for the equipment big enough. This was the first time our yard was left a bit of a mess. Although it did rain the day before pouring the cement.
Arron has been great. Again very patient with my questions. He has come to brush and skim the pool practically every day. He even came out on a Saturday to remove the equipment so the pad could be made bigger. Next time out he put everything back.
We are very pleased with how everything came out. Overall everything went smoothly. The pool looks beautiful.
