If there were more stars, I would give them. Mark and his team went way beyond my expectations. They made wonderful suggestions on how and what to trim, then executed exactly what we decided on and when they left, the cleanup was so good you couldn't tell they had been here except for the expert tree work. I spent a lot on my grass and asked that they take care not to damage it. They literally left NO sign of having been on my yard. The work they did was worth every penny of the price. Ingram Tree Service will do all of my tree work from now on. Thanks guys!!!

Amazing team of professionals. They were fair, efficient, very careful, polite, incredibly neat, knowledgeable, and unbelievably timely in taking down a monster of a dead tree! I would recommend them to anyone.

Such an awesome company to hire. They were true professionals and cut a huge tree in our backyard. They handled everything and cleaned up before leaving. The foreman even walked around with us and asked if there was anything else. Will definitely use them again. Thank you Ingrams Tree Service.

Ingram's Tree Service did a fantastic job uplifting and trimming 2 of our oldest trees. While they were here they also cleared our long driveway of low branches and cleaned up a fallen tree. They were very prompt at communicating, showed up on time, worked very hard, and came in on budget. Michael Lynn Farm highly recommends them for tree service.

Ingrams Tree Service did an A+ job with cutting some of my trees and stump grinding. Professionally done and extremely affordable. If you need some trees cut give these guys a call!

Thank you, Duke Energy, for replacing the cable that Ingram's Tree Service yanked from my house when they were removing trees from a neighbor's and refused to fix it.

Having approached the team (who were out there for two days) four times about it, each time denying it was their fault and laughing at me. On day 2, as they were leaving, I was able to flag down the foreman and show him video from one of my security cams. He continued to deny it was them even after seeing the video and was very unprofessional.

I asked him a few times if he'd call Duke Energy to come out and inspect the hanging wire, and he eventually said he would. A week went by, so I called Duke, who stated no one had called. When Duke Energy came out to fix the snapped cable, the technician informed me that the Ingram's Tree crew had torn the neutral wire and that I "didn't have any neutral going to the house right now.". Several times that day, my cable lines were yanked as a result of their tree cutting, and every crew member either argued with me, saying it wasn't any of their doing, or found it funny.

Clearly this was a safety issue, and definitely one they should have addressed because, as well as not now having this wire connected, it was also hovering 2-3 feet above my car, and I didn't know if it was live. So many OSHA violations.

*I am adding to this review after the owner's response stating he contacted Duke Energy, who apparently told him they weren't responsible. I literally have video footage from my security cameras of them yanking my cable line and the cable being ripped off its foundation.

I had a great experience with Ingram’s Tree Service. Stump grinding and tree removal was the service they provided. They were very professional and provided the service promptly. I would definitely use them again.

I would highly recommend them. We had a huge oak tree fall on our house, garage, boat and my wife’s patrol car. They came out immediately and took action. They had the area so clean you couldn’t tell a tree had fallen. They were all friendly and polite. They aimed to please. Five stars is not far it should be 10 ⭐️.

They did a great job! We had a lot of undergrowth and ,trees that were down. We have a lot more back yard now.

Outstanding work by Mike's crew. I had a sycamore tree dead headed, holly bushes trimmed, brush removed, invasive vines removed from bushes, etc. They worked as a cohesive team, very professional. The cleanup was remarkable and our yard looks so manicured. Thank you and we hope to do business again in the future.

Ingrams tree service mulched an area for me and they did an amazing job. They could see my vision, and Mark made it happen…. Will definitely be using Ingram’s tree service again, good Christian people, and they definitely are good at what they do!!! Definitely reasonable in price!!

Fantastic work. Impeccable clean up. You might find cheaper, but you won't find better, and I think the price was completely reasonable. My pool was in full shade, yesterday, at the same time that I took this picture today. I wish that I had taken a before pic.

Ingram’s Tree Service did an amazing and thorough job! The circumstances they had to work in were very challenging but they didn’t give up!!! They go above and beyond cleaning up all around area…..even blowing off neighbors driveways because of debris extending far off. All are very courteous and professional! The price was very reasonable and we are so pleased and blessed they were able to successfully complete the tree removal without incident!!! I highly recommend Ingram’s!!!!!

This is a very professional company. They worked hard as a team, were very efficient & very caring! Ingram's Tree Service is also fair & reasonable with their prices. This was our 1st time using their service & we will definitely use them again in the future! Once you meet them, you will feel like family!

Ingram’s was AMAZING! Fast, prompt, quick, and timely. They did excellent work on cutting the trees, grinding the stump, and cleaning up the mess! You couldn’t tell they did any work at all after it was done. I cannot endorse them enough! 10/10 work

I had this company take down two unsafe trees uncomfortably close to my house. Called them, they came out and gave an estimate, and were out taking down the trees in a little over two days. I am very pleased with their work and will keep them in mind for some of my other trees.
