Aaron and Toby came out to unclog our sink and repair garbage disposal on 12/05/2025. They both were very efficient and professional. I will call and ask for them if I need a plumbing repair in the future. (Jones)

Technician came in and figured out the problem with my garage disposal. It was a simple fix. He explained it to me, tested it it out before he left. Great service!!

Torin and Ben did a fantastic job. They came to remove a leaking garbage disposal and found another leak in the wall. So glad they found it. I've used Jimmy's Plumbing for years, always been happy with this company.

We are very pleased with the quality of service and quick response we received from Jimmy's Plumbing. The technicians, Austin and Ben took care of the plumbing issue we had.

Had a leak in my water line (on my side of the meter). I called Jimmy's late afternoon and was scheduled for next morning. Danny arrived with a helper (he texted prior to arrival), assessed the situation and was done is an hour. Good communication, reasonable price and nice, personable employees.

Last month they helped with a new water heater! Chrissy quoted us a great price and quickly. Installed the next day .. everyone friendly and professional! Highly recommend!

We had a busted pipe under the house. I called after 5pm and left a message. I got a call back in just a couple hours. They wanted to know if he needed to come that night. We were able to get the water cut off so he scheduled us the next day. They guys that came out were great. They were Friendly, professional and got the job done!

Workers phoned ahead of time with an estimated arrival time and they arrived on time. They were very polite. They let us know everything they did to fix the water heater before they left. They answered all of our questions before leaving as well.

Jimmy’s plumbing came highly recommended to our church they came out to fix a toilet and extend shutoff arm on our baptismal. Specific directions were given to the lady on the phone as well as telling her over and over we needed to meet the plumber to show them about the baptismal. No phone call was received on day of service. When we arrived at church they had already been and left. They only adjusted a handle which church members had previously done and did NOT fix the baptism. When called back out and explained to them what we needed on baptism the guy looked like I was crazy and said I know what you are talking about but I don’t know why you want it done. They left without saying anything. Had to call the company back to find out why the baptism was not fixed. Then they charged us over $300 for nothing.

Great team to work with!! Recommended to me by my HVAC company and they helped quickly as well as efficiently. Awesome communication on what they saw, what needed to be completed and any unforseen issues. Thanks much!

We had an emergency leak at night. I called them as soon as they opened the next morning and they were out here by lunch and fixed my problem and installed a new hot water heater in a short amount of time. Employees are always so nice, explain everything clearly and get the job done in short order. I'm so glad my neighbor told me about them. Thanks so much to all of you!!

Austin was quite pleasant, solving all our problems expertly and quickly. His demeanor and professionalism were superb. Jimmy’s always gives us excellent service.

Replaced my old commode and did a wonderful job. Very professional and a good price!

Tech came out to assess hot water pressure in our shower. He said he couldn’t do the work that day but could come out early the following week. I texted him on Tuesday because I hadn’t heard from him. He never responded. I texted him two more times that week. Not even a “I’m unexpectedly busy. I’ll get back to you.” Nothing. Totally ghosted me. After two weeks of cold showers, I hired another company to do the work. The new company sent someone out and fixed the issue the same day in about 20 minutes. I got a $130 bill from Jimmy’s 6 months later. They are 5 minutes away from my house and didn’t even try to fix the issue. Disappointing is an understatement.

Edited to add: After posting my review, Jimmy’s Plumbing gave me a full refund and sincere apology. Mistakes happen to everyone, and although it was a frustrating experience, the fact that it was publicly acknowledged and corrected means a lot to me. I’m changing my rating from one to 3 stars for this reason.

Job well done. Professional work and very respectful. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

We had a bathroom sink and hot water heater issue that another company had "repaired" previously and found thousands of dollars worth of "other issues". Jimmy's came out, fixed our immediate problems (which were minor, comparatively) and they put our minds at ease in regards to the "urgency" of replacing things that can wait! We are so thankful AND, we have water moving through our OLD pipes again and our hot water heater is good for a while longer! THANK YOU, Jimmy's!
