Spells originally installed this unit on my new home a couple of years ago. Heat pump wasn't working correctly so I gave them a call. A few hours later. the tech showed up. Ended up being a bad capacitor and the part was under warranty. To me Their service call fee and labor was fair. Especially to show up that quick. Thank you Spells for the peace of mind with this cold weather coming

This company is the worst company. I called them on Monday July 25 2022 and they came out on Tuesday the next morning. The issue I am having and still having at this present time, is, My thermostat would read a high inside temperature then what I would have it set at,to cool. So therefore my unit ran consistently thru our the day and would never get to the actual set temperature to cool down until later at night. Cool air was still coming out my vents in my home but not cooling. My thermostat would literally read 83 inside temperature and set to cool on 74 and would not cut off as it had been doing like it suppose to. When the tech arrived at my home on Tuesday the first time that morning I explained everything that was going on. He checked my unit said everything checked out ok. My filter was the wrong one so they needed changing and the vent covers thru my home needed to be changed. He cleaned my coils I guess thinking that could be the issue. Everything checked out as working properly as he stated. My bill was $307.09. Later that day I noticed the same problem I was having was still going on. I called the tech told him nothing has change Im still having the same issue. He came back a 2nd time that day rechecked everything but actual went under the home to check things that time which was the only thing diffrent. A long story short couldn't figure out why it was doing what it was doing. On July 28 a second tech came out changed my filters checked the same things the 1st tech checked, finished up a deep cleaning he noticed what I was talkin about with the thermostat. He still couldn't figure the issue out. I called the office back the lady I spoke with stated to me after speaking with both technicians they done all they could do. As of July 29th I still have my issue and they got payed. I asked if I could speak with the boss or some type of upper management the lady stated I couldn't talk to him at that time he was out on a call. I gave a 2nd number to be contacted at just incase he called. Let's just say no one have not yet contacted me at this time. Im very disappointed in this company even though they came out and still couldn't fix my issue I feel that I should be reimbursed some of my money back from them not fixing my issue.

Mickie was professional in every way. He took the time to explain my options and was good at answering my every question and concern. He took his time to do the job perfectly in order to make sure my system was up and running to its full potential. I had a great experience with Spells and I have the feeling that I won't be calling them for a long time!

Toby Spells provided excellent services and knowledge he was very punctual with time. I could go on and on about him about how professional he was. He helped me and my family out of a crisis when we lost ac late one evening. Hands down Spells mechanical services is the way to go.

3000 later after cleaning up their mess. Buyer beware this company has no integrity. They used bad and broken coil and knew it before they installed when we called for help the owner came out played dumb and covered up the mess his employees made. It's to late to report them or go after them for compensation or I would. Please DO NOT use these people they are CROOKED!! -5☆

Just had a new AC Unit and all new ductwork
installed in my home and I am so pleased with the outcome! I have nothing but good things to say about Bret and Sahra. They quoted a price 3k less than 3 other quotes I had received and they had the job done in under 3 days with just the two of them (which was also great because I didn't have to have a whole crew of strangers in and out of my home.) They worked around my crazy work schedule, and they are just genuine, honest people. Cpr Heating and Cooling for the Win! I'd recommend them to anyone.

Called them for service at 4:30 and Sarah answered almost immediately. Told me she would come right out in a few minutes. Once they arrived they were smiles and friendly. Answered all my questions and were very quick to diagnose and fix the issue. They didn’t charge call fee, service fee, diagnostic fee, etc. They charged a flat rate of $400 for four pounds of refrigerant and leak detecting. For this industry, I was expecting to pay around $600. They worked fast, were very friendly and knowledgeable and even left to go get more supplies I needed and came back within ten minutes. From call to service completed was about an hour an thirty minutes. They’ve earned a loyal customer!

Brett and Sarah have helped me out a lot over the past few years since my move to Clinton. From fixing old piping leading into my basement furnace which caused it to keep shutting off prematurely to replacing my upstairs HVAC along with it's outdoors counterpart last year. They're fast with getting out and dealing with HVAC issues and are also very communicative throughout the process. They have been a pleasure to work with!
