We have lived in our home now for 20 years and this was the best home service experience we've had since purchasing this house. Grey is great! When we moved in, cleaned out the chimney, replaced the chimney crown, had to remove some significant roots from the top and rebricked the top. Installed a damper.

Later added a sealant to prevent further water entry/plant growth.

Our damper he installed just recently wouldn't close (1.5 years later), and a part had melted and Grey fixed it, no charge!

Grey was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. We've used other chimney services before, and they always wanted to pressure us in to buying unneeded liners and other services. Grey gave us the true run-down on what we needed and how to keep our fireplace and oven both running great.

So glad I went with Grey and Fireman's Choice! His work more than exceeded my expectations and I absolutely will be calling him again next time!

It was time to have our chimney inspected and cleaned and we asked friends for recommendations. Grey and Fireman's Choice was the favorite by far. He showed up on time (actually a little early) and did excellent work. He was very careful to make sure no dust got into the house as he cleaned the fireplace/chimney. He offered us suggestions on how to maintain a safe chimney and fireplace.

Gray is a very pleasant person and does an excellent job. He was very affordable and honest.

I would recommend him without any hesitation at all.

I don't do this lightly. One of your Drivers ran me off the road today at 2:50-2:55pm on 15-501 towards Durham down by exit 108A. They were trying pass a blue Subaru Outback on the inside lane. They had to see me, because the made an attempt to get over, but stopped and moved back into their lane, as if they saw me, then made the decision to try and pass the vehicle while i was still there. There is no telling how many other drivers had to deal with this, but I want your business to be aware of this and take appropriate action.
