Great company. Very responsible and I can tell they love what they do. They never miss any detail on my home cleaning.

Their cleaning is fine, but they are astronomically priced: $750 for an empty 1800 sq ft house. The day before they charged $550 for a 3100 sq ft house...they must price by the amount they think you will pay; not the job. Very unprofessional!

I used A Plus Cleaning for over 10 years. In the beginning, their service was reliable and thorough, and I appreciated their attention to detail. Unfortunately, over time the quality became inconsistent—cleanings often felt rushed, with corners being cut. Toward the end, it became difficult to get in touch with them to confirm or reschedule appointments, and overall, I felt like they no longer cared about me as a customer. That made it hard to justify continuing to pay for the service. I can no longer recommend A Plus Cleaning to others.

These guys made an appointment with me between 10am and 1p and then at 1145 called me to cancel. I waited all morning just to get cancelled. Terrible customer service

Do not use them in the Belmont, NC area. I called on a Monday, and scheduled a cleaning for Wednesday. They gave me an arrival timeframe of 10 am - 1:00 p.m. On the day of my cleaning, I called on Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. to confirm my appointment. The representative informed me that I was on the schedule and that someone would call me before their arrival time. At noon, I called them to get a status. I spoke with Claudia and she informed me that I was out of their service area and they could not help me. I was frustrated and asked her for a manager. She said she could not send me to a manager because my area was out of the service area. She then hung up on me. I called back and spoke to someone else, and he informed me the same thing. I told him I would even pay extra to have someone come out today. He also hung up on me. I called again, and spoke to someone else and the representative lied and said that a techinican attempted to contact me today. I told him that was a lie because I called at 9:00 a.m the day of my appointment. I left work to get this done, and I also picked up all my furniture. DO NOT USE THEM. RUN AWAY.

incredible customer service! i had a water pipe burst that drenched my wool carpet. i reached out to them online in the evening, and amazingly, superb belmont carpet cleaning responded without delay! by 9am the next day, brett was at my belmont home to pick it up. the carpet cleaning job they performed was outstanding. i highly endorse their carpet cleaning services!

Beneath it all, we found tarrazzo. They offered advice on the best type of flooring to get for my home, considering I have dogs. After choosing the right carpet material, they skillfully and beautifully carpeted my entire den. The result was not only aesthetically pleasing but also practical for my needs. I'm very satisfied with the carpet cleaning services and look forward to hiring them again for stripping, sanding, refinishing, and resealing all the wood floors in my Belmont home.
