I rarely work with large companies anymore. Smaller companies offer better rates, better service, and often take more ownership of what they're doing. Final Plunge is no exception.
Sheldon is the owner and not only answered my call after 8pm on a weekday, but offered a next-day appointment to have our water heater looked at.
The tech, Victor, was pleasant and professional. Initially, we thought we could get thru the weekend without the water heater completely dying, but that didn't end up being the case. Sheldon, the owner, again answered after hours on a weekend and had a team out this morning to replace the water heater.
The install team was professional, clean, and again, I feel like you can't beat the price. I will absolutely be using this company again, and will recommend to friends, family, and clients of my own. This is a top-tier company.

Victor and Chase were great. They both were very knowledgeable and courteous. They got the entire job done in one day and worked very hard. They both have incredible problem solving skills and I am beyond happy to have had Final Plunge do the job. Final Plunge has been extremely good to us through scheduling, fair pricing, and customer service. I highly, HIGHLY recommend using Final Plunge for all your plumbing needs!

Victor with Final Plunge is extremely knowledgeable and efficient in any work he does. This is the 4th or 5th time I've used Final Plunge and every time they rock. Will continue using them.
