Tree reviews in Belmont, North Carolina

Our company does business with TreeCare often and James is excellent to work with. Extremely professional and friendly group of guys!

Completely unprofessional James is a crook. During the tree removal and stump grinding everything went well however I needed somebody to redo a gravel driveway for me and ask for recommendations from him he told me that he could do it for me and all he needed was a deposit after giving him a $1200 deposit he left and hasn’t called me back in over a month after stealing all of my deposit. He went as far as to block my number so that I couldn’t even try to get in touch with him do not use a service he’s a ConMan he’s done this to clients in the past before and he has an F on the Better Business Bureau. Still waiting on my money James it’s been 2 months!!!

James Terry and his crew are the best! I would recommend them if you need any trees cut down. Very friendly and always answered questions and concerns that I had. The price was also right!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Treecare LLC during a time of urgency when a tree had fallen onto my truck and house. I cannot express enough gratitude for their exceptional service and professionalism.

From the moment I contacted Treecare LLC, they responded promptly and assessed the situation quickly. James and his crew were efficient and displayed a remarkable level of expertise in handling the tree removal process. They carefully removed the tree without causing any further damage to my property, and I was immensely impressed with their attention to detail.

One aspect that stood out was the excellent communication and customer care provided by James. He worked closely with us, discussing the pricing options and ensuring that the services were tailored to our needs and budget. The flexibility they demonstrated in accommodating our requirements was truly remarkable.

Furthermore, Treecare LLC went above and beyond by assisting us with the insurance process. James worked directly with our insurance company, providing them with all the necessary documentation and information. This level of support eased my burden during a stressful time and showcased their dedication to customer satisfaction.

Not only did Treecare LLC remove the fallen tree, but they also took care of the debris and cleaned up the area thoroughly. I appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to leaving the site in pristine condition.

I cannot express enough how pleased we are with the exceptional service provided by Treecare LLC. James and his crew displayed professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. We wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need of tree removal or any related services.

Thank you, Treecare LLC, for your outstanding work. You have undoubtedly earned our trust and appreciation.

TreeCare LLC helped us maintain our trees yesterday. Thanks to their expertise, we can breathe a sigh of relief that any potentially looming danger from trees falling on our new home, or on any nearby electrical lines, has been averted. I recommend that any person with trees near their property or house take a proactive approach to preventing any possible damage that could occur from any unpredicted windstorm or excessive rainfall. It would be more ideal to view your home in a "Good Housekeeping" magazine than an article with a local news story that references any unfortunately incurred damage from mother nature's unscheduled wrath. They also have experience with the flow of water that results from precipitation, and knowledge of how you can increase your control of any excessive water flow.

I had a great experience with this company! The owner is very kind and responsive. The team did such a great job and listened to requests I had and were happy to answer questions. I feel like the price was extremely fair and they did a wonderful job. I will definitely use them again in the future should the need arise.

Update…. Guys came back out for more work this makes the third time! and done another Great Job!!! Amazing Skills!!!

Great Guys! Worked very hard at removing large tree in back yard. Will definitely use again!

Update: I had a tree that fell and these guys come out in the middle of the night to remove it off of my house! Awesome bunch of guys.

Update: Treecare showed up this weekend to remove another tree that fell! Great crew yet again!

The tree removal crew was fabulous. They did a remarkable job and were very professional. We had 3 trees removed and they were supposed to come back to grind the stump for one of the trees at a later date. After multiple efforts to contact James, most without any response, we finally got a date set. The morning of the scheduled stump removal I received a text saying there was an equipment issue, but they were working to get it resolved. That was the last communication I’ve had from James. I’ve texted and called James at least 5 times asking for some updates, weather it’s good or bad news, without any response. They still haven’t come back to grind the stump in spite of already being paid for that service when the trees were removed. Seems James is much less than an honest contractor.

I’d you need a contractor that’s responsive and communicates with the customer DON’T call Tree Care.

We had a handful of tree cutting services come out and quote our job. James at TreeCare LLC gave us the best price by a long shot, which didn't compromise the quality of work whatsoever. James, Arron, and Jahfonte not only did a great job with the removal of the trees, but they also spent a surprising amount of time cleaning the debris around the yard. They all treated the yard as if it were one of their own and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend using TreeCare LLC!

James and his team were great to work with. Removed 3 trees and pruned 3 others. Good communication, good price, on time and did a great job. Thank you!

NO SHOW (& no call)
We had an appointment with TreeCare LLC, confirmed via text. However, they never showed and will not return calls.
The gentleman who came to do the assessment seemed very knowledgeable and professional, so we chose this company over others with lower estimates.
Perhaps there was a reason for the No Show - things happen. But no call / not returning calls is extremely unprofessional. Our experience with this business is that they are totally unreliable.

Update: These guys are still amazing! I had them come back last week before the storm and they are like monkeys! Great attitudes! Cleaned up good too

Great people to work with hands down! Showed up on time, prompt service and affordable. Highly recommend them to anyone!

This was a Very Good experience for me! I moved here from out west where we had trees but not like here so I was so confused on what I needed to do and uneducated. I called TreeCare they were prompt, very well organized and extremely knowledgeable when it came to trees. I was a little scared at first due to not knowing anyone local but they made me feel much better! Tree work isn't the cheapest thing but after calling a few other companies I found these guys were in the ball park and after the time they spent explaining everything I made the decision to go with them & I'm so Glad I did!

The crew was extremely professional. Owner James Terry gave me a very fair price on topping and cutting down a large pine tree near the corner of our house. It took no time, and all cuts were percise. He even gave free consults on other trees on the property. You could tell he wasn't there to sell unneeded services, but genuinely cared about the quality of work.

We are very pleased with the service provided by TreeCare LLC. James was very communicative during the entire process. We had trees trimmed of dead-wood, and the crew did a good job of cleaning up after. We would use their service again.

These 4 guys who came to my house, as a team, worked as a team. They listened to the crew leader’s instructions, which kept everyone safe, in light of the very dangerous job they were doing.
Good manners
Consulted with and listened to me about any concerns or questions.
They moved my belongings out of harm’s way; nothing in my yard or my neighbor’s adjoining yards was damaged
I would definitely hire these guys again

I called them to get a quote, they came out on time and gave me a great quote. Came back the next week, and did a fantastic job cutting my tree back and cabling it. Lots of power lines to work around and neighbors houses and they cleaned up everything and nothing was damaged. Very nice, very personable and would use them again anytime. Also gave me tons of insight on what they did, how it would help and what I need to do in the future.

Once again, Tree Care did an excellent job for us. After discovering that a large tree near the house had uprooted and lodged in another tree, we called James and his crew. They were able to remove the tree the next day in a safe and professional manner.

I had two huge white oak trees which were already down and I needed them removed. I also had another very large poplar tree, which needed to be removed and was a very challenging tree to remove safely.

I called several tree companies (many won’t even answer the phone) and ultimately decided to go with TreeCare LLC. James answered the phone immediately and had excellent communication throughout the process. He met with me personally to discuss my quote, explain the process and set expectations. While there, he provided expert guidance on my poplar (which I Slo had them remove) and another tree of concern.

I found TreeCare LLC and James to be honest, professional, and reasonable with their pricing. I couldn’t ask for anything more. I highly recommend you call them if you have any concerns/needs regarding any trees. You won’t be disappointed.

James and the crew did an amazing job. We had a very large maple with crazy swooping branches that had to come down. There were many obstacles in the way, a fence, light post and an outdoor climbing wall. They took it down with extreme care, without damaging a thing! Thank you! Highly recommend and will call James again if we need any tree services. 5 stars!

As a certified tower-climber for the DoD, I was extremely impressed with the safety procedures employed by the entire team. They harvested/dropped three-trees that were in excess of 70 feet tall with no damage to our property or injuries to team members. Their job-site synergy was amazing to watch. The overall demeanor of this crew was polite, very courteous and professional. You cannot go wrong selecting this team for your tree-care services.
