Wrose company ever, they came to my house dragging mud all over my carpet, they tried to charge me almost 700$ for something has nothing to do with the problem, i used another company they came and fixed it without replacing any parts, i would stay a way from this business they will try to rip u off

Home warranty company sent them out to replace my hvac. First of all, it took two years and another hvac contractor to discover that they did not add the additional coolant necessary for the line from the outside unit to the inside unit. They used the factory prime, charged me for additional coolant, but never...I repeat...never put it in. The unit froze up constantly, and we called them out. The service guy didn't even look at the unit. He spent five minutes at the house and said it was the blower. After re-replacing that unit, it still froze up. I called another company (one with a stellar reputation), and after an hour of testing both inside and outside, he said two things that bothered me -- coolant hadn't been added (and there was no sign of leaking) and they improperly installed the blower unit, putting it on bricks instead of a block in the drain pan which causes the drain pan to clog up as well as causing the blower to rust out. I do not recommend these guys. They go by HVAC Defense now, so I guess they're running from a bad reputation.

I had a great experience with Allstar. They were easy to get in touch with, they were straight forward with any explanations, and they offered great pricing. I got advice from them on my home warranty since I was going through that, and they were very helpful. Professional, friendly, and quick responses. I haven't had any problems since they installed my new HVAC.

I called Main Street heating and cooling based on a recommendation for several small HVAC repairs in the past and was always satisfied. So when it was time to replace the entire unit, they were my first call. Just like before Main Street made this project simple. They took the time to explain all of my options and answer all of my questions. On the day of installation, they showed up on time and everyone on the crew was professional and courteous. In addition to the installation crew the startup technicians spent an additional two hour with me after the start was complete. They adjusted my existing dampers to level the temperature in my house. They took the time to show me what they were doing and how to do it, so I could repeat the process on my own if needed. Main Street heating and cooling was highly recommended to me I would highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.
