I had a new split system installed. On time and stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process. Definitely recommend Kenneth and his team.

This company did the HVAC install for my new construction home, the duct system in our basement looked liked a giant spider hanging down off our ceiling. Several things were not ran correctly. I called several times requesting a call back from the owner but never got a response. Now, 4 years later, I just paid over $3000 to have the ductwork redone and installed properly up into our trusses. Would not recommend!

I received same day service. Their Technician was knowledgeable and on time. He had my A/C unit working right away. I will gladly use them again in the future.

Aire Serv installed the HVAC system for our bonus room and we have been lucky to have them ever since. We use them for maintenance on our entire house and when the 1st floor unit died they were more then amazing at replacing it and helping us install a UV and air filter system to help with our son's asthma. They are always upfront and honest with us and I will continue to use them for years to come.

Stephen was very helpful in getting us set up with a better thermostat system. The heat pump was turning on every 2 minutes on cold nights, but now it functions more normally.

Extremely satisfied with the company's service. The technician they sent out was very professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them, and will be using there services in the future.

Aire Serve has often under promised and over delivered. Especially with the willingness and ability to send someone out when there is a problem with our heat/air system. Technician Jeff Latham has always been very courteous and timely with visits and willing to explain simply and candidly the best solutions to any needs that might arise.

Wonderful experience! My air went out during the 90 degree weather called Early in the AM and the tech arrived within 2 hours repaired the problem and reasonable rates. Would definitely call again if needed.

My AC started blowing hot air at 11pm last. Nothing happens when it's convenient 😒 I looked up HVAC and Aire Serv stated 24 hr service. I called and a gentleman answered took my info and stated someone would be out this morning. I received a call this morning that Johnathan was on his way. This young man was polite, professional, and fixed my AC in less than 30 minutes. Call these people for help. Kindness has been lost in this crazy world but kindness is what I have experienced with this company. Thank you so much!!!

I called to schedule cleaning and maintenance and instead of a distant appointment , I got a great job completed in less than 24 hrs of my call . Polite , friendly, knowledgeable, on time , and a fair price . I have definitely found my new hvac company. Thank you Shawn and John .

Jeff is a fantastic guy! He called & let me know when he was on his way. Soon as I told him what I was doing, he knew excatly the problem! Definitely will use again!

Preventive fall service was performed by Aire Serv's technician - Jeff. Jeff was prompt, very professional and communicative. Jeff explained what was being done and answered all my questions. He pointed out future maintenance work that will be needed and show me what I could do myself. I highly recommend Aire Serv and Jeff.

Called this company on 7/22 to fix my ac system that wasn't working. Technician serviced and added freon without even letting me know the issue. Asked me to pay 501.00 for this in cash, but I told him I only had a card. He would take a card, so I was to pay in the office the next business day. That same evening my air went out with the same issue. I called and the guy showed back up telling me that I needed to move the air return and that was the issue...I refused. He also said he would come back with a supervisor, which never happened. Today is 8/2 and my wife had enough of it going out so she called to see if the guy was going to come out like he promised. We were met with the most disrespectful and unprofessional folks I have ever dealt with. They refused to come out until 501 was paid for something that was never fixed. Told me that they couldn't help if I was huffing freon and I would need to pay for it. I paid their bill, but do not want any of their folks at my home again. Absolutely criminal to charge me and threaten a mechanics lien for something that isn't fixed. Noone in my family or immediate area will ever use these folks

From the front desk to Mr. Kagle the owner, outstanding people, very welcoming and accommodating. Everyone was very receptive to our needs and requirements, all of which were met ahead of schedule and at a level above all hope or expectation. Definitely will be returning with all future HVAC needs.

We called at 6 am and Chris answered the phone and was super helpful! He came out same day to service our air conditioner. He was prompt, helpful, and great with our dog! Would highly recommend this business to anyone.

James came out on Christmas Eve at 7PM. He found the problem with our system and fixed it. We now have heat again!! Great job and great people! I highly recommend Aire Serv!!

We just returned from a two week trip late in the afternoon and HVAC was not working. I hadn’t used AirServ before, but they responded in 2 hours on Memorial Day ( late afternoon) to fix our system. Jeff was knowledgeable and professional; he knew what the problem was and fixed it quickly. I’m sold, I’ll use AirServ from now on.

The techs were on time, professional, and knowledgeable. They were an all around good group of guys. They did an excellent job. I would and will recommend them to my friends, family, and co-workers.
