Bruce answered on the first ring and was out here within 30 minutes of me calling for our AC that stopped working today. He was extremely nice, knowledgeable and quick to find and fix our problem. He also answered my questions without making me feel stupid. We will be a life-long client of theirs for sure. We can't thank Bruce enough!!!!!

He came within minutes of my husband calling, didn't charge us anything to diagnose the problem and had our heat up and running before 11 am the next day after going himself and finding a store with our part in stock. As a mother of a 2 year old nothing is more important than keeping my son warm. So thankful for his services ❤️

So thankful for Bruce at Southern Comfort heating and air! Thunder storm knocked out our AC during the hottest days of summer and Bruce made sure we got to sleep in comfort. I will never again call any other HVAC service company except Southern Comfort Heating & Air. My AC stopped blowing cool air yesterday and my wife and I slept in a hot house all night. I was scrolling through my phone at 11pm at night when I stumbled on Southern Comfort by accident. I filled out a pre quote to see how much it may cost. I received a quick phone call from Bruce about 10 minutes later and he assured me he would be out first thing in the morning. First thing this morning Bruce was at my front door and ready to diagnose what was wrong with my AC. It took Bruce about 5 minutes at my AC unit outside and he found the problem. He had the part on his truck and didn’t try to take advantage of me. The cost was so low I almost fell over in shock. Bruce is an honest, caring professional and I even got on his yearly maintenance list for my unit. I’m so pleased and happy with the service I received.
