Alford mechanical has great technicians. The two that recently came to fix my heat were knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me get my heat back on. I just switched to them for HVAC maintenance.

piss poor customer service just had unit worked on less than a month ago now unit not working again and was told i have to pay again for service........be careful with this company unreal charging to come out again for the very same thing that was just fixed....very disappointed

Called about unit not running right and Chirs was here in under 30 minutes and had issue fixed in less than 30 minutes . So in just about an hour from call to resolved.

Called to say I had a leak in the pan under evaporator coil, the sent a tech out, said my drain line was plugged, he vacuumed it out, said I was set, looked at the A/C unit with the light on his phone, said no problems, charged me $100 for 15 minutes work, I checked the leak as he backed out the driveway, still leaking, I called the office back, they got ahold of him, came back, now he tells me evaporator coil pan cracked, says I need a new one, took all the numbers, went back to office, office calls me, says the found one, $175, I said get it, they come out the next day without calling, or telling me they got part, well the pan they got was 3 times bigger than the pan I needed, in the meantime, they put aluminum tape, and silicone on the pan trying to keep it from leaking, did not work, by now there are 3 repairman in my house, I asked them to get me prices on what the whole evaporator coil and pan would be, they took pictures, wrote down numbers, said they would take it to office, get prices, call me back, well I've never heard back from them, went with another company, getting a whole new system from them, I will never use or recommend Alford for anything, they apparently don't give a damn.

I would like to thank Alford Mechanical for having such polite and efficient employees..I would also like to thank Sam and Oscar for being so polite and efficient,they introduced themselves and got right to the issue at hand.Our ac began making a squealing noise and they had it up and running in about an hour,also cleaned the unit outside.The temperature outside these last couple weeks has been in the upper 90's,I definitely don't want to be without AC...Thanks again guys!
