Mr. Thomas has done several jobs for us in our home. He is very knowledgeable and does great work! Recently he installed an electric fireplace insert in our living area. He did an excellent job, kept the area clean and finished up in a timely manner. If you need anything done in your home I would highly recommend his services. It’s hard to find someone reliable and trustworthy in this day - Thomas Southern Services fits the bill for sure !!

We purchased a home that will need a lot of attention in various parts of the home and wanted a general contractor we could work long term with. Cody has access to lots of specialties for whatever comes up. Everyone who was involved in the build worked hard and he doea a great job keeping it all going. He worked hard to give us a beautiful kitchen!

Excellent work! Remodeled my primary bathroom which included demo, tiling, and replacing vanity and toilet. Cody was great to work with! The crew, Julio and Eric were experienced and skillful! Always on time, cleaned up daily, and best of all, were really good at what they do! I love my new bathroom!

Cody does a great job in every facet, start to finish, of contracting. From helping us decide what would work best for our bathroom, ordering materials, making sure the job was done correctly and in a timely fashion, to finishing the minor details at the end of the job, he was a fantastic choice for redoing our bathroom. Would highly recommend.

The work done by Cody Thomas and the Brothers crew was fantastic. We did have to work through some issues and timing problems, as well as some secondary and unrelated issues, and all involved were very collegial, working together to get the job done. Cody’s team was responsible for tearing down the tray ceiling in our master bedroom and repairing the wall. His carpenters built custom shelving along 1 wall of our bedroom and his 1st team came back in to fill holes, paint the shelves & trim and attach hardware. They were here for 5 days.

We did have a hiccup pretty soon into starting because Cody had not included attaching & painting trim on the ceiling all the way around the room (he inc trim on the shelving only) to our updated quote. Because of this, we did not have an accurate quote until the end of the project. The quote was updated to include the trim and he did not charge us for painting the trim because of his mistake. He also mentioned that if we purchased the paint on our own, he would just deduct it from the total. Unfortunately, after purchasing the paint he was only willing to reimburse 40% of the cost ($30 per $75 gallon). That was an unexpected cost.

The team that came in to remove the tray ceiling and repair it did a great job. They used our bedroom window as a door and were very unobtrusive. They stayed late the first day to have everything ready for painting and did a fantastic job of cleaning up after they were done. The carpenter also did a great job building the shelves and cleaning after themselves. They were a very professional team and very particular about everything being exactly the way we wanted it. They were as quiet as possible and didn’t need to stay late either day. The first team then came in again to finish everything off and they again did a great job. The whole crew was very polite and professional. 1 downside is that our new wood floor was chipped in 2 places, possibly from dropped tools.

I would recommend them for home reno. If we decide to use them again, we will be more explicit about making sure every item is included on the quote instead of general terms.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Thomas for his fantastic work he did for my home .. it's the center Master piece of my home . I appreciate his commitment even more Than his work..I unfortunately have to pasture him to compete it short time and he somw how managed to accommodate understanding my real situation and completed my project .. I reached out to Cody after seeing him recommended on a Facebook page. We were in need of someone to install new siding on our house and kept getting the runaround from other contractors. Not only did Cody respond within a couple hours of my email, but he responded while in the hospital at the birth of his baby! Talk about dedication to your business! He was quick to get someone out to take a look at what we needed and always quick to respond to questions and concerns. His pricing was fair and honest. His team was incredibly professional and friendly. They did amazing work and left the job site clean after. I will definitely reach out to Cody the next time we need something done for our house.

I found TSS on our Next Door app. When I contacted them about installing a barn door in our home, Cody immediately answered and made an appointment to come and look at our space and gave us a quote quickly. We had a few obstacles, but Cody used his expertise and experience to make everything work and we could not be happier! He was awesome from beginning to delivery and install. I wish I could check all four of these tiles for responsive good quality good value and professional. I used Cody with Thomas Southern services for a small shower redo and after six appointments and five estimates later I decided to use Cody with Thomas Southern services. To me he was the fairest in pricing and understood what I wanted to do his responsiveness is just amazing always responded back to me immediately either through text or a phone call always answered all my questions Cody possesses a lot of knowledge and experience and I think he's a very skilled Carpenter. I also ended up adding a barn door to my master bath which he hung for me redoing the bathroom floor and adding a new toilet so the project grew as well as my budget but he handled it all for me with such confidence and know how I am very pleased with the way everything came out and I will be calling him in 2023 for some other projects I have. Cody has totally earned my trust and I would just give him the keys to my house and say go for it you won't go wrong if you use Cody with Thomas Southern services!

Excellent work, highly professional. A+++ Already planning my next project to hire Cody again! We renovated a small powder room with big challenges. For example, wall faucet plumbing needed to be moved to come out of a floating vanity, which needed to be installed, drywall repaired, hanging pendant lighting in place of sconces, mixed pebble tiling and planning a pencil border on a wall, painting and refinishing wood floors. Everything Cody and his team did, from electric work to installing a taller elderly-friendly toilet, was done with utmost care and attention to detail. Cody’s team was responsive and helpful and made sure I was satisfied every step of the way. Cody checked in frequently, attended to all my concerns, provided design input, and has a strong commitment to exceeding his clients’ expectations. We bought a14x28 shed from Liberty Sheds to use as a small pool house. Cody took this “shell” and turned it into a beautiful spot that we can enjoy. He added insulation, walls, doors, molding, the whole works making this the perfect little space for us to relax! He was reasonable, communicates well and was such a pleasure to work with. 10/10 recommend!

Angie's has done a great job with our cleaning over the last couple of years. They house is always neat and smells fresh when we get home. Angie's has even been able to clean some things I've struggled keeping looking nice. They also have some extra touches like extra blanket folds, toilet paper folds, and kleenex box puffs that just add a little extra, that are particularly nice when we have guests coming.
