They put dead sod down at McDonald's

They mowed 10 feet from children on a school playground and couldn’t wait 15 minutes until the children were gone to mow. Totally inappropriate!

I’ve had a contract with bluegrass landscapes the sod they put out was not dead it was dormant I defiantly recommend these guys I have a few friends that work there an they have years of experience so these negative comments are wrong

The company is having some staffing issues and it seems that Jeff is no longer there although the staff I spoke with twice said that he would get back to me which was over 3 weeks ago.

I had a guy whom I believe is the owner of this place come out and give me an estimate on how much it would be to clean/haul trash/ away from my property. After giving me an estimate, he stated that he would be in touch to let me know when he could come out and do it. After waiting four days just to get a call back about when he could come out, we reached out to him, and his only response was "Not interested in your project". He could of done that right then and there, or at least of had the decency to reach out and let us know he wouldn't be doing the work, but most of all, when WE reached out, be more polite about blowing us off!

Bluegrass Landscapes have been taking care of my yard for about a year a now and what they have accomplished is nothing short of a miracle! Not only does my grass look extremely well maintained, they also have a horticulturist (Jeff) who has planted several shrubs for me and took the time to explain in depth about how to care for them! They have honestly saved my yard and I couldn’t be more appreciative!

I needed some post holes dug. they messaged and responded quickly and did an excellent job.

Great initial experience then no-call no-show several times. Failed to fix the things he was hired to fix. Demanded money each day he came out even if for only an hour. Failed to finish the job so had to hire someone else. Eventually offered a refund but never provided it. Please don’t waste your time.

I'm not a customer but would like to give kudos when required. I'm a member of American Legion Post 63 located in Burlington. After last weekend's snowstorm, two of our members started clearing snow with a shovel and snow blower. The parking area and entrance cover lots of pavement. Steve Waltman was driving by the legions and saw what our two members were attempting. Stop there. Steve pulled into the parking lot and asked if he can help. The answer was a big yes. This is the type of person we all need as a friend and neighbor. THANK YOU SIR, FOR YOUR HELP AND KINDNESS.
