This business is excellent. Have used them many times and never been disappointed. Customer service is second to none and the quality is outstanding. Quick and responsive to calls and messages. Way over priced, Unprofessional, Poor quality of work, Left my yard in worse shape than it was before he ever touched it. Was 3 times the amount of any other company. Talked a good game but could not back it up. Was dishonest about what he used and how much he used and how I was charged for those things. Also damaged some of my personal property by being careless. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Save yourself the trouble and find someone else.

Outstanding service and has been absolutely wonderful to work over the last 2 years. Pricing is fair, reasonable, and on point with other potential companies we researched before choosing this group to handle our lawn care needs. Work and pricing was clearly communicated for all jobs completed. We are always notified of any changes in pricing or in the availability of items before any work begins. Communication is great as well. Calls or messages are answered in a timely fashion. This group is great and our yard looks phenomenal! After a terrible experience with a well known professional landscape company in the Burlington, NC (Tri-ad area), I decided to look into other options. After meeting a few owners, Jason was the most impressive. Accu Cut has maintained my half acre yard for a year now, and it looks wonderful. Compliments have been made from neighbors who witnessed the before and after. Jason is knowledgeable about landscaping, he is direct, a person of good character and integrity. What my wife and I like most about Accu Cut is there customer satisfaction; at the end of the day, they want the homeowner to be pleased.

Submitted online contact form and then followed up 2 days later via phone to have someone come out to quote a job. It took another 3 days for someone to call. Teddy came out the next day to see the scope of work needed and had excellent suggestions for our yard. I was truly impressed and was excited to receive his estimate that he stated he'd have to me in 3 days. It's been 13 days since he was here, and I have not heard a word from anyone at Norris Lawn & Landscaping.
