Fluette has a great service program! The service technicians notify you so you can prepare for their arrival. They work quickly, cleanup after themselves and give up an update before they leave. I would highly recommend using them for your AC needs.

Extremely satisfied with the service that I received from
Fluette Heating & Air Conditioning. I was able to get same day service which in today's time is normally unheard of. The technicians showed up early and were very friendly and professional. They were able to successfully diagnosis my air condition problem and resolved the issue rather quickly. The condenser that they repaired is actually working better than it was when it was new! Shout out to Steven, Mercedes and Fluette Heating & Air Conditioning for providing excellent services.

Technician was very quick to come out when our thermostat died. He was very professional, quick to diagnose the problem and quick to fix it. Very satisfied. We use them for our maintenance contract also and I've never had a problem.

We were so impressed the first time Fluette helped us we signed up for a service contract. The first annual AC maintenance was performed yesterday by a very knowlegable technician. All is well.

My wife and I are moving to Graham and are in the process of purchasing a house. An inspection of the house revealed some issues with the HVAC system. Therefore, we needed to identify a local company to determine the problems and repair the unit. I Googled and found 4 companies in the Graham/Burlington area. After reviewing the website of each, I found one that was veteran owned. Being a veteran myself I selected Fluette Heating and Air Condition. This was an excellent choice. Their response was very fast, they communicated frequently with me regarding the progress, and reported the results the same day the work was performed. We will use this company for the current work and in the future. This is the way business should be conducted. We highly recommend the company and the employees.

So very thankful for Fluette! And also for Ricky, who seems to be the one who makes his way out here for our services). Our system was installed by another company (regrettably) and was not working as it should. We called in Fluette to see if they could get the unit running as it should, and they have been amazing ever since.

Ricky was very nice and respectful. He made a good suggestion of replacing the main battery, so I would not be left in the cold. He thought that the life span of the battery was close to expiration, so I could make the decision to replace it or not. I chose to replace it. Fluette is a good honest company.

As usual the work was quick and professional. What I really like is their technicians are honest and am confident that if they say something needs to be done, it does, and they are not just saying it to make money. Fluette is a good and honest company to work with.
