I will never use this service again. In short, they came to my home for a service in which the service guy didn't charge me. I received a letter about the charge and so as a stand up guy, I went and paid my debt that I owed.
Some time went by and they sent me another bill in which I totally ignored because I always pay and I was not going to pay for service they never came to do, but here TWO YEARS later they drafted my bank account that I do not use with them in over 5 years. I had a very unpleasant experience with them at their office when I paid my last bill. There was an older lady in there taking people's payments. She had the nerve to ask me if I had the money to pay them
.....as if I came in there to site see. I never told them about, I just completely stopped using their service. I will never use them again and I am telling all my family to stop as well.
Do better.
I am ashamed of you guys but y'all have lost me as a customer forever along with my family members. So........I guess you really need $197.00 two years later, just know you did wrong by me. I paid you back 2 years ago when I got that letter.Disappointed Former Customer
