WOW! Alamance Gaddy Tree Service is the BEST of the BEST! We had a large and tall old tree learning towards our historic home. From the Moment Linda answered the telephone to when an estimate was given, the date of service as well as the actual precision skill with their crane and cherry picker keeping our old home safe the entire time- I knew I was in good hands! They also removed a small tree up against the house with the same expert, professional precision. Everyone on removal day. was friendly, warm, professional, and confident- which put me at great ease. I can't say enough good things about Trees Are Us! Everything they did was first rate and beyond our expectations. They're fully insured, and within a couple of days of my call for an estimate, they sent out a friendly, professional, knowledge estimator. Daniel took photos, created an estimate on his mobile, uploaded it to a server, and the next day we received a thorough, and reasonable quote by email. Their communications are unsurpassed, keeping us informed every step of the way about when to expect the crew to arrive. They arrived on-time inside of a week, had more than enough first rate equipment and people to do the job, which was removing a large tree that fell across and crushed a perimeter fence. They removed the tree with minimal damage to the yard, raked and blew all limbs and debris and were gone in no time. We had them come back to grind three tree stumps unrelated to the first job, which they did the next day, again with high-end equipment and experienced personnel, which they completed perfectly in record time. From the office staff, their communications, equipment and field crews, the company runs like a well-oiled machine, which is why they've been in business for 60 years! Very responsive company. Front office was quick and professional. Crew showed up on time. Went over my expectation and they went to work. Other than a little saw dust from cutting limbs you could not even tell they had been there. Everything was cleaned very well. And the tree looks much better and now is much safer. No risk of limbs falling every storm. Hands down, these are the guys and gals i will alway call and recommend for any tree service.
