Caddell Plumbing came on time, everyone worked hard and long to totally replace the house plumbing due to faulty equipment by Home builder. Accomplished without losing water for a very short time which was amazing and very helpful!

I called yesterday afternoon and they had someone here today to fix an issue under my sink. I appreciate how quickly they were able to have someone here!! I’ll be calling them for our future plumbing needs.

New Construction we added an addition to our home to include a new Primary suite, Primary Bathroom, Laundry room, Secondary full bathroom.
Remodel Construction we reconfigured our kitchen and demoed it completely added new plumbing.
Pricing was awesome the guys were very professional.
The biggest thing they worked with our schedule.
Also finding tub enclosures, toilets, sinks... They really saved us some money on these items for us... We will always use CADDELL PLUMBING FOR ANYTHING REALATED TO WATER AT OUR HOUSE.

Two young men came out when scheduled and fixed my issue in less than an hour and a half. Price was a little more than I expected but not overly so. I will be calling them again!

The young men (Josh and another young man) were good but left some water on the floor and did not remove their shoes or wear booties, so the Mrs was mopping up after. Also did not put washer unit back where it was originally. Work was good and they were extremely polite and business like in getting to work.

I arrived home from a morning of errands, walked past the bathroom and heard the water running as if someone had just flushed the toilet. No one was home😲!! Scary right?! I looked at the floor and discovered it had a sheen to it. I knelt down. THATS WHEN IT HAPPENED. I felt the baseboard. 😱It was damp!! I immediately called Caddell Plumbing and within 10 minutes I received a response someone was on their way and a few minutes later he was at my front door. Caddell Plumbing never ceases to amaze me. The employees are friendly, respectful, and never rush the work or the conversation.

Came out the same day I called for my water heater outage. Justin diagnosed and ordered part. Next day was able to get me back into hot water! Very affordable and will be the only plumbing company I will call from now on.

Our work was completed promptly and the technician was thorough and attentive. It was a much better experience than we have had with other plumbers, especially the larger companies you’ll see advertising on TV.

Needed service on very short notice to avoid having to shut the water off to my house. Their response was very quick…fixed within 2 hours!

Overall a bad experience working with this plumber. Communication was poor at best and he didn’t seem to have the homeowner’s best interest at heart. Would not recommend this plumber.

Nick was very upbeat and patient with a troublesome installation. There was a power usage control device that was obsolete installed by my Co-op that was preventing the water heater from starting. Contacted the Co-op who dispatched technicians who determined the device was obsolete and removed it. It gave us a little headache but Nick stayed focused, confirming his connections were correct several times prior to the Co-op removing the device. Great Job!

Called Caddell Plumbing to fix an issue with my outdoor shower (like a dummy I didn’t wrap it when it was so cold) !! They came out today to fix Josh was as courteous and professional, as always !! I wouldn’t call any other plumbing company in Moore county to do my work !!! They are amazing, timely and not to mention Rachael at their office is always polite and professional !!
