I was very happy with Bonneville. Deb was swift and organized with scheduling. Ben, the electrician, gave proactive thought to our current and future needs and did a tidy, efficient job installing power for a new water heater. After installation, Miriam in the office was unbelievably patient and helpful with navigating what turned out to be (through absolutely no fault of Bonneville's) a convoluted inspection process. Clear and friendly communication all around, would definitely call again. (Also a note for the covid-aware among us, during the scheduling process they offer that their team is willing to mask and open windows upon request, and invite you to share needs/preferences in advance; Ben had a mask ready when he arrived.)

We have used Bonneville for our electrician needs - including new lights, fans, smoke/CM alarms, and, most recently - emergency repairs to our outside wires and box after some storm damage. Throughout they have been prompt and professional - answering all questions, providing detailed bills, and, most important of all -excellent service. I highly recommend them.
