Kind Pest Control is by far a more trustworthy and customer focused than the other big name companies around. Ethan just completed my most recent service and not only checked in with me when he started but double checked during the service in case I may have recalled any bug issues around the house. Polite, professional and a joy speaking with. Thanks Ethan, excellent work.

Alex F with Kind was amazing with our annual termite monitoring. He answered all of our questions and added new bait stations in areas we have changed around our home this year. He was timely and polite. Would recommend Kind and Alex to anyone!

Staff are always friendly when I call the office, especially when I have spoken with Kat. They are always able to make it out quickly when I call with an emergency. I had Ethan come out today and he did an outstanding job, from the introduction and explaining what he was going to do and answering all my questions with precision, to him doing what he said and beyond, he blew leaves off of my deck and into a pile in my yard making it easy for me to get them up! He then even asked if he could do anything else for me... What!? Where else are you going to find that. This company prides itself on going above and beyond on every service. I have had other employees here bring my trash cans up for me as well. The service is not comparable to any other pest company in the area. Kind is the BEST, I recommend them every time and will continue to recommend them forever! Thank you Ethan, Kat, and all of Kind for your outstanding service each time!

Update: Ethan came back out earlier this week and was able to quickly and efficiently take care of some pests I found around my garage, he always goes above and beyond! I just expected kind to spray the garage but Ethan replaced the sticky boxes in the garage and got some webs he found! I will never be switching companies because of his expertise and my overall experience with everyone!

I've been using Kind Pest Control service for about a year now. I have nothing but good things to say. We have almost no bug issues since we started using them. Their customer service is great, their invoice clearly shows what services were provided during each appointment, and all their technicians are thoroughly professional (Sebastian, Alejandro, Ethan).

This is my second time leaving a review for Kind Pest Control and I honestly can’t say enough good things about this company. The office always calls beforehand to let me know when to expect the technician, which I really appreciate. Amed was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, kept me updated when he started and finished and made sure everything was done thoroughly. They use safe solutions, which gives me peace of mind since I have a dog and kids. I feel safe knowing my home is treated properly!

Jake Duncan did excellent job. He went extra mile pointing out certain necessary house up keeps around the house for our good. I highly recommend his experience. Thank you Jake, hope to see the next due date for our yard.

I've been using kind for about a year now and I have zero issues with pests. I haven't seen a single bug in my house since they started spraying. Ethan came by to do my quarterly appt today and did a thorough job spraying and checking the house out, then informed me of all results at the end. It's a great company that communicates often! I'd highly recommend their services.

Jake did a wonderful job of installing Sentricons and spraying the inside and outside of our house as well as cleaning out numerous cobwebs. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Kind Pest Control is the best pest control service I’ve ever used. They are thorough. They communicate beautifully. And they provide a lot of fantastic information about bugs, rodents, and other pests that may inhabit near or around your house. I have thoroughly enjoyed having them as my pest control service for the four years, I’ve lived in this house. My service tech today was Amed and he was fantastic and communicated beautifully all that he saw and treated today.

He was punctual, professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing along the way. I really appreciated how thorough he was — he didn’t rush and made sure every area was properly treated.

Ethan was amazing at completing all the tasks without error, was informative about my house, provide termite assistance for another appointment, and was genuinely nice during his visit. He showed a respect for the property and neighbors given my house is a townhouse and we well mannered through out his work. One of the best technicians to come by my house in years. Deserves a promotion honestly.

We're so glad we found Kind Pest Control and only wish we had found them before a rat infestation in our basement. Our first preventative service and rodent treatment was done by Dixson, who was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to explain everything he had done, what he had found during his inspection, and potential additional services we might want to consider. He also very kindly explained that we could call before our next rodent trapping appointment if there were already some rodents to be dealt with in the traps. Would highly recommend them
