We have been happy with Kind for our Sentricon termite traps, so when we had another pest problem, I called them, and they have me an appointment to next day, a Saturday! Our technician, Amed, was super friendly and told us what our different options were, then went to check out the crawlspace. He told us what he found and what the best course of action was and implemented it. While they do try to sign you up for their service plan, they aren't super pushy about it if you only one a specific service. I continue to be a satisfied customer.

Had the trench and rod termite service performed today, and the new customer initial service. Michel and Matt were absolutely fantastic! Patiently explained what they were planning to do and answered my questions along the way. Both were very professional, friendly, and took care of the property. Michel and Matt worked hard, consistently and diligently throughout, completing an extensive project by staying into the evening hours and wrapping it up with a smile and appreciation for my being a Kind customer. High quality work from two top technicians! From the outset I’ve had a very satisfactory experience with Kind Pest Control, and today only amplified that satisfaction to another level. I highly recommend this company.

I just wanted to say how happy I am with today’s pest control service! Ethan was AMAZING! One of the kindest souls I’ve met! He provided excellent customer service and my home looks great. He called before the service to make sure it was still a good time to service the home. Additionally, he asked if I had any questions before and after to make sure I was happy! He really took his time to make sure I had a positive experience. You all are very lucky to have him as an employee! Really happy that I switched from Pest USA to Kind. Worth every penny! Love your other staff members as well! Recently, they sent me a personal card to my home showing empathy for my pet who was having heart issues. They rescheduled my visit without any issues. Really impressed with Kind Pest Control. First, the office is very responsive and professional. They made it incredibly easy to get on the schedule and did a great job answering questions and outlining their services. Jake came out during the scheduled time. Jake is the man - super helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through everything he was doing. We chatted for quite a bit, it’s clear he cares about his work and his customers. Highly recommend Jake and Kind Pest Control!

I would never even consider using a different company. I’ve been a client of Kind Pest Control for nearly a year and they have been amazing. Today, Amed came to spray the interior and exterior. He cleaned webs and other nasty stuff. He explained about the products they use and how they work in addition to being safe. He called to let me know when he would be arriving and was right on time - amazing service and their technicians are always so polite and respectful. Highly recommended over and over!

Ever individual that I have spoken and met have been professional, very knowledgeable and curious with every question that I have had.
