We had our home hooked up for county water as soon as it was available in West End. I set an appointment with Jason. He came out and walked me through the entire process and answered all of my questions. He and his crew were extremely professional, always on time and clearly communicated every step of the process. My husband and I highly recommend Jason and Fields Plumbing!

Our low boy water heater was not heating our water. Called Fields Plumbing they dispatched a technician who was there in about 10 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, turned power off to the unit, drained the tank, replaced both heating elements and thermostats on each of the elements. Filled the tank, checked for leaks, and in about 20 minutes we had hot water. I would like to give a shout out to Christian Sanchez, the technician who explained everything, was very professional and courteous. I want to give Fields Plumbing a big thumbs up!!!

Fields was prompt in responding to our needs. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely respectful! We highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. For us, they removed a bathtub and installed a new one.
