We needed a deep clean of our master bath to prepare for photos (we're moving) and they did a wonderful job. The ladies were very nice and listened to what we needed to have done.

Riquenia and her team always do an EXCEPTIONAL job. They made an amazing first impression when we had our initial deep clean earlier this year. They even cleaned under/behind my bed where there was SO much dust! They were so thorough and went above and beyond, and were very attuned to what needed the most work. We now do bi-weekly maintenance cleans, and they consistently do an amazing job. They’re friendly, kind, helpful, thorough, and flexible to adjust to what areas need the most work each time. Occasionally I have what I call “depression piles” of clutter that I haven’t been able to move before a clean (I do make an effort to de-clutter and tidy prior to their arrival most days but sometimes life gets in the way), and they never make me feel judged or ashamed. It’s very refreshing that they meet clients where they’re at on a given day.

They’re efficient and work quickly as a team while also never rushing the job. They are also always on time within the given arrival window, and send me a text notice when they’re on the way which is very helpful! They also send reminders a few days prior to bookings. The office and administrative staff (Albania) are also very kind, helpful, flexible, and follow up to make sure the service was satisfactory.

Today, Riquenia’s team especially went the extra mile to go above and beyond! When they arrived I was on my way to a doctor’s appointment, and apologized for the sink full of dishes, explaining that I was just getting over a cold and got behind on chores. I told them not to worry about cleaning the sink today and to just clean around it. When I came home, they had done ALL of the dishes for me! I almost cried (tears of joy) because it was so thoughtful and above and beyond what is expected of a maintenance clean (I think the website technically specifies that dishes should be done by the client prior to the cleaning). It saved me SO much time when I got home and I was able to relax in a clean, tidy home. I am so grateful to Riquenia and her team! My husband and I work full-time, and I also struggle with ADHD which makes staying organized and cleaning routines a challenge. We’re so blessed and grateful to Bright Leaf Cleaning for taking the workload of home cleaning off of our plates!

Bright Leaf Cleaning left my place so well cleaned and neatened up, it was a delight to come home to, and still is after several days. No heavy fragrances, no cleaner residues, everything was clean dust free, and delightful to come home to. I highly recommend them

Firstly, I have to say the level of wonderful communication from beginning to end was unmatched. I had called several others and the level of professionalism that Bright Leaf demonstrated was fantastic. They were flexible with me when I had to change the reservation which was so nice. The cleaning itself was so well done; the place was spic and span. Also, the price was hands down the best price by far over several others I called. They gave me a first time too! I live in North Raleigh and have been using Bright Leaf Cleaning for several years now. I have never had one bad experience and the staff they have are always excellent and reliable. No drama here! I especially like that all the administrative burden of scheduling and paying is done by the office and with a credit card so I don’t have to worry about having a check ready or having cash available.
