I contracted with this company for total lawn and landscape care and they did almost nothing they agreed to do, they communicated poorly, and they would not provide any reduction in fees based on the failure to perform. We had a terrible experience and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Honestly, was trying out a small business for our turf care so tried out Lawn and Order. After 2 services, had to canceled working with them and go elsewhere. Our sales person had departed and we were not notified. Since we were only a "Turf" service customer, they could not give us 24 hours or at least night before heads up, when coming by....best we got was a 5 minute heads up text. Also, when we originally set up with sales person to do the work, he had said that as long as balance due was less than $100, there would be NO credit card convenience fees if used for payment. After the 2nd service, when went into the portal, a credit card processing fee was being charged. We reached out to the office and notified that there's nothing that could do about it even though they never notified us of the change. With all the issues above, we had to change companies because could not afford anymore service or surprise fee issues as every dollar counts these days.

Responsive, fair, and they get it right on time. Much better than my previous lawn service.

We have been happy customers of Lawn & Order on and off for almost 10 years now. Joe and his team are quick to respond to all communications, whether it be by email or phone. They always show up when scheduled, will reach out if there are any weather delays, and are mindful to let us know when lawn applications will be done so we can keep our dogs off the lawn until things are dry. Over the years, they've helped us with drainage, hardscapes, turf maintenance, general property cleanup, and much more. While there isn't much in your yard they cannot do, when there is, they've always got a good recommendation for a trustworthy local shop to fill that additional need. You can trust them to keep your property in top shape. Thanks to Joe and his team!

I've also used this company to help control the weed problem that has been over taken my yard for years, and to say I'm not satisfied would be a lie, they're wonderful! I am not a customer, but called to the office to get info and the staff was rude. Should have read the recent reviews before I called. It’s also very apparent that all of a sudden you have so many 5 star reviews in the same time period. I’m sure you incentivized them or asked family and friends to write them due to all the negative ones. Again, to anyone considering this company read the recent 1 star reviews, especially the one by the gentleman with the last name Nguyen. This is a very telling review of how the OWNER spoke to his customer. Shame on you for how you responded to his concerns. Karma is a b.

Lawn & Order do a great job, and my lawn always looks neat. I never have to worry about them not showing up or being at my house late in the afternoons.

I am really happy with the landscape design suggested by Lawn and Order. They worked with me on two installations. The crew was on time, courteous, efficient, and careful, checking all plantings and placements with me before proceeding. They answered all my questions and left everything watered and orderly!
