Lawn and Order has such fantastic ideas when it comes to project or hardscaping designs and speaking with Wayne, you're guaranteed to get what you are looking for and more. The feedback that the office shares is nothing less than stellar. I've also used this company to help control the weed problem that has been over taken my yard for years, and to say I'm not satisfied would be a lie, they're wonderful! I would recommend them for all your landscaping and hardscaping needs, they're the best around.

Joe was easy to reach and quick to respond. His team did a great job and didn’t leave a mess behind. The work was clean and professional. It was exactly what we were hoping for. We’ll be calling them again next season.

I am not a customer, but called to the office to get info and the staff was rude. Should have read the recent reviews before I called. It’s also very apparent that all of a sudden you have so many 5 star reviews in the same time period. I’m sure you incentivized them or asked family and friends to write them due to all the negative ones. Again, to anyone considering this company read the recent 1 star reviews, especially the one by the gentleman with the last name Nguyen. This is a very telling review of how the OWNER spoke to his customer. Shame on you for how you responded to his concerns. Karma is a b.

Lawn & Order do a great job, and my lawn always looks neat. I never have to worry about them not showing up or being at my house late in the afternoons.

I am really happy with the landscape design suggested by Lawn and Order. They worked with me on two installations. The crew was on time, courteous, efficient, and careful, checking all plantings and placements with me before proceeding. They answered all my questions and left everything watered and orderly!

My experience was with Amanda in the office, who patiently and thoroughly explained the company’s services. Her friendly professionalism, and the great information she shared about their approach to landscaping and maintenance, had me 100% ready to schedule a quote and sign on as a new customer— until I realized that we are actually in different states. I had been looking up a business with a similar name in my state, and hadn’t paid close enough attention to the area code when selecting “call us.”
Amanda was really gracious when I realized and admitted my mistake. Especially since she had spent a while with me on the phone making sure I understood their services and options, and addressing my concerns about chemical treatments on grass where my dogs would be playing. If I were in the area, I would be so delighted to have found Lawn & Order (NC). Thanks again Amanda!

Have used many lawn care companies over the past 26 years living here in Cary and I can say without a doubt Lawn & Order is by far the best. They listen to your needs and then address them in a timely and professional manner.

Overall good landscaping service and quality work. However, I was disappointed by the price of service doubling after a reassessment following a year of service. Also, I had booked a consultation for a landscaping project with their specialist Wayne. After he walked the property and took notes, he promised a quote by the end of the week. He never got back to me with the quote that week and after several weeks I called the owners and after reaching him, they said he decided not to take on the project. They were apologetic, but still reflected poorly on their company.

We are very pleased with Lawn and Order Landscaping. They do a great job maintaining our lawn, and they are very responsive to my questions and contacts. We recently did a total overhaul of the plants around our house, and I was delighted with the results.

Have been using Lawn and Order for a year for lawn care and they have done an amazing job making the grass standout in the neighborhood. Recently had them pull out a 40x7 foot wood garden and replaced with grass and they did an amazing job. My kids have the whole backyard to play now!
