We contacted Allen Tree Service to remove 4 trees. One was quite easy to access the other three were in the back yard and had multiple branches hanging over our garage. The job was completed on time with no "surprise" charges. In fact they even got started a little bit early!
When setting up their equipment (bucket truck) they placed sheets of plywood to protect our driveway and as I watched unobserved from the house noticed they were careful around existing trees and shrubbery.
Each tree was removed without incidents and damage to neither property nor buildings. They did an excellent job of clean up. In fact we are planning on using them again for several other trees we are going to have removed.

We were incredibly pleased with Allen Tree Service. They removed the two problematic trees by lifting them out of the ground with a crane, which surprised us. They were careful and had everything under control. Also, the technician who went up into the air with the crane waved to the neighborhood children below, who cheered and clapped. The parents on our street thanked me for the entertainment for their kids, who had gotten quite bored after 2+ months of the shelter-in-place order. Not only do we recommend Allen Tree Service, we plan on hiring them again to trim some other trees on our property.

Allen Tree Service was top notch - very professional and fast. They removed numerous large, dying trees that were dangerously close to my home. Their crew was experienced, systematic, and well organized led by a top notch veteran arborist . They had a complete system along with high grade equipment. They efficiently removed the trees with a high degree of precision and safety. After watching them work for a short period of time, my worries went away and turned into amazement. Their mobile crane is crazy big - fun to watch. The project manager also explained things very well and answered questions and addressed specific needs throughout the process. Would highly recommend ATS, especially for complex/dangerous jobs.
