Melissa and her team are amazing! She just cleaned for me for a move out for the second time and I could not recommend them more. She’s flexible, accommodating, friendly and reasonably priced. Please give her your business, you won’t be disappointed!

I felt compelled to share my experience with this company, as it was unfortunately very disappointing.
We hired this team a few days ago for an estimate and cleaning today. Unfortunately from the start of the day, the experience was unprofessional and frustrating. I fully understand that schedules can sometimes change, but the lack of communication and respect for our time was truly upsetting.
We scheduled the appointment five days in advance, and I had confirmed the details with the owner, Melissa, who offered us the first slot of the morning. We agreed on a mid-morning time, during which they were supposed to arrive, provide an estimate, and complete the cleaning all at once. To accommodate this, my entire household reorganized our schedules for the day, making sure everything was ready and prepared for the cleaners.
However, when the scheduled time came, we hadn't heard from the company, so I reached out to confirm their arrival. I was informed that the team would be running late. Almost two hours later, Melissa let me know that they had taken a larger job elsewhere, and unfortunately, they wouldn’t be able to make it to our appointment at all. She did apologize, explaining that they had overestimated the size of another job, but this still left me feeling disappointed.
While I appreciate her honesty, the lack of clear communication, follow-through, and the total disregard for the time we had set aside for this appointment was frustrating. I checked in several times throughout the day to try and get an updated timeframe, but received very little information. After waiting nearly two hours, we were finally told that rescheduling might be necessary. This was after we had planned our entire day around this appointment and were left in limbo for hours.
I understand that things can go wrong, but what was most troubling was the lack of proactive communication or effort to resolve the situation. And why would I be offered a morning slot when there was a crew going to clean elsewhere. And, If we had been kept in the loop from the start, it would have made a huge difference.
Overall, I’m disappointed by the experience, especially after taking time off work and preparing for the service. I would have appreciated more respect for our time, clearer communication, and a more professional approach. While I can't recommend this company based on this experience, I do hope they can improve their scheduling and communication practices in the future.

If I could give Melissa and her team 100 stars out of 5 I would. When I was looking for a turnover team, I did a lot of research and Melissa was a little higher priced than some piece-meal options I was looking at putting together. I called her and asked her what she provides that makes her worth more than other options in the area. From that conversation, I knew she was going to be an invaluable asset to my business, and she has blown me away with every interaction since. I recently had a renter leave the house in such a state that we had to make a claim, and she documented everything, communicated everything with me as it was going on, and was just super professional and went so far above and beyond the call of duty. I'm telling you, if you need turnover service, I highly recommend you adding Spotlessklean to your team.

David did a terrific job today on my windows and screens. They were really dirty from having the house painted a month ago and then pollen! Now the windows look amazing, and the screens are so clean that they are invisible. Wes and his co-owner Noah, run a first-rate operation, using deionized water, which cleans thoroughly and leaves no streaks or spots. I highly recommend this company for your window-washing needs.

Wes and his team of fellow UNC students did an amazing job at a very fair price. They were professional and very careful. They came inside and removed screens and cleaned them and did far more than I expected. We’ve had the windows cleaned by other services before and this cleaning was far superior. Very polite. Trustworthy. We will use them again.

The end product was as exceptional as those that provided the service. 1) Excellent communication 2) Upfront cost provided before work began, 3) Day of appointment text providing arrival time received, 4) Crew chief introduced himself upon arrival, reviewed what was to be done, and ensured my questions were answered, 5) After work was completed, the crew walked the property to ensure that nothing was left behind and that objects that blocked access to a window were returned to their location, 6) Satisfaction is important to the team, and doing just a good job isn’t good enough; excellence throughout the process is not a goal but the expectation of the service provided. I called Price Right for an estimate on cleaning carpets in the house. Craig was not too far away and he asked about stopping by, to look at the areas. Craig told me that the carpet was quite worn and that there were lines on the carpet that wouldn’t get clean even after the cleaning. Based on that, we made a decision to replace rather than clean. So even though we didn’t use his services, I appreciate Craig’s honesty and we would definitely use him in the future when we need carpet cleaning. Thanks Craig!

Excellent, prompt, thorough, great value, great people. Cleaned our rubberized gym mats, and our 350 sq ft of specialized gymnastic mats like new!

Craig cleaned my carpets today. He texted that he was on the way, arrived on time and got my carpets cleaned. He removed stains and made them look brand new. He’s friendly and efficient. Excellent service.
