Toilet pipe was broken upstairs, and the water leaking down to the downstairs. I called Bio-Ready. Ryan went to check my house immediately. I really appreciate Bio-Ready's fast action and consideration to customers.

These guys removed our subfloor which was completely saturated with mold, replaced it and had our kitchen back together in under a week and at a very reasonable price. 10 out of 10 recommended!

Ryan and Avery were great. We had just moved into our new home and purchased a new washer and dryer with installation from a local big-box store. The company sub-contracted the installation to some incompetent team. The first time I decided to do laundry, it was bout 10 pm. I didn't know anything about how a washing machine should be hooked up, so I trusted that the people they sent knew what they were doing. The laundry room is in the 3rd floor of my townhouse and I was on the second floor watching TV. I heard splashing and was a little concerned, so went upstairs to see the hose from the washing machine moving around spraying water. I turned off the washing machine and didn't know what to do, but knew I needed to do SOMETHING. We called several vendors who CLAIMED to be 24/7, but they were not. They all wanted to come the next day. We didn't want that water sitting and possibly creating damage and mold. Finally, I called and Ryan answered and was able to come within about an hour and a half.
We had just moved in, but took every towel and quilt we had to get the area as dry as we could.
Avery was first to arrive and he knew IMMEDIATELY what the installer had done wrong. Ryan arrived and they quickly got to work taking moisture measurements and setting up a heater, dehumidifier and fans. Some of the water had gotten through the tile and a few drops dripped outside our 2nd floor pantry, so we were very concerned.
Avery came back each day and took measurements. After 3 or 4 days, we got the good news that the moisture levels were normal. We didn't need to tear out any flooring to remidiate the issue. I credit Ryan and Avery being so prompt at arriving and addressing the issue. If it had sat overnight, things may have gone very differently.
I highly recommend Bio-Ready Restoration if you should ever be in a situation where you need their services.

I have nothing but praise for Bio-Ready. We discovered a leak that led to mold in our crawlspace and they came to look at it the same day I called. A few days later, the mold was gone and our crawlspace was squeaky clean. The communication was great. I received a detailed report with photos. Take the stress out of the mess and give this company a call.

We had a bathroom upstairs leaking into our kitchen. Bio-Ready made the whole process simple. I was not sure what to expect and I was thinking it would be stressful getting everything fixed. But Bio-Ready was so easy to work with and they helped me contact any other professionals I needed to finish my job. I would highly recommend them to others.

In October 2022, we paid $2,739.71 to have this company preemptively remediate the panels of a sound-recording booth that had been stored in a home with a water leak. I was genuinely relieved and grateful at the time that they were willing to help.

However, 3½ years later, we ended up having to throw the entire booth away. The panels were bubbling, and I had become extremely ill without understanding why. Our home ERMI test came back highly contaminated, and after removing the booth and retesting, the mold levels dropped significantly.

I am devastated and extremely unhappy. The wood in that booth was never properly remediated, and in hindsight it seems clear it could not be salvaged once it had been exposed. Instead of being told the truth, we kept this contaminated booth in our bedroom for over three years, during which my health declined severely. I’ve spent thousands and thousands of dollars trying to figure out what was making me sick.

This was not just an ineffective service — it had a serious impact on my health and quality of life. I believe we deserve a full refund for the remediation that clearly did not work, and I would like to speak with someone in management who can take responsibility for this.

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

I felt compelled to share my experience with this company, as it was unfortunately very disappointing.
We hired this team a few days ago for an estimate and cleaning today. Unfortunately from the start of the day, the experience was unprofessional and frustrating. I fully understand that schedules can sometimes change, but the lack of communication and respect for our time was truly upsetting.
We scheduled the appointment five days in advance, and I had confirmed the details with the owner, Melissa, who offered us the first slot of the morning. We agreed on a mid-morning time, during which they were supposed to arrive, provide an estimate, and complete the cleaning all at once. To accommodate this, my entire household reorganized our schedules for the day, making sure everything was ready and prepared for the cleaners.
However, when the scheduled time came, we hadn't heard from the company, so I reached out to confirm their arrival. I was informed that the team would be running late. Almost two hours later, Melissa let me know that they had taken a larger job elsewhere, and unfortunately, they wouldn’t be able to make it to our appointment at all. She did apologize, explaining that they had overestimated the size of another job, but this still left me feeling disappointed.
While I appreciate her honesty, the lack of clear communication, follow-through, and the total disregard for the time we had set aside for this appointment was frustrating. I checked in several times throughout the day to try and get an updated timeframe, but received very little information. After waiting nearly two hours, we were finally told that rescheduling might be necessary. This was after we had planned our entire day around this appointment and were left in limbo for hours.
I understand that things can go wrong, but what was most troubling was the lack of proactive communication or effort to resolve the situation. And why would I be offered a morning slot when there was a crew going to clean elsewhere. And, If we had been kept in the loop from the start, it would have made a huge difference.
Overall, I’m disappointed by the experience, especially after taking time off work and preparing for the service. I would have appreciated more respect for our time, clearer communication, and a more professional approach. While I can't recommend this company based on this experience, I do hope they can improve their scheduling and communication practices in the future.

If I could give Melissa and her team 100 stars out of 5 I would. When I was looking for a turnover team, I did a lot of research and Melissa was a little higher priced than some piece-meal options I was looking at putting together. I called her and asked her what she provides that makes her worth more than other options in the area. From that conversation, I knew she was going to be an invaluable asset to my business, and she has blown me away with every interaction since. I recently had a renter leave the house in such a state that we had to make a claim, and she documented everything, communicated everything with me as it was going on, and was just super professional and went so far above and beyond the call of duty. I'm telling you, if you need turnover service, I highly recommend you adding Spotlessklean to your team.
