Excellent service from repairman.

Fast, professional and good value! Our AC unit started leaking and the owner called me personally and asked if I could send over any pictures. He was really great at explaining potential issues and gave me a quote without even having to come out to the house first! He sent a technician out later that day who was extremely knowledgable, helped me understand the issue and how I could mitigate the problem myself moving forward. The issue turned out to be a clogged pipe that was preventing the condensation to drip out properly, so the technician took everything apart, showed me how to preventatively clean it each year, then cleaned up the area really well before heading out! The owner then followed up to see if I was having any further issues the next day (all good!) and was extremely courteous! I would recommend them to anyone in the Charlotte or surrounding area!

Mr. Dennell was very punctual, polite, educational (told me what I could and should not do) because I went ahead and remove element before getting a professional to do the job. With all that been said he ordered my parts and got me back up and running within the hour. Totally appreciate his help and expertise. I definitely recommend him for all your appliances needs.

Michelle did a great job installing our cooktop. Michelle was very fast, helpful and amazing!

After having several Technicians come out to my home for past 2 years with AC issues and not really resolving, I'm glad A Tech Services came out and diagnose the issue. I now have all my AC issues resolved and they have done a great job in service and performance. Highly Recommend them.

Mark from A-Tech did everything right. He called when on his way, was on time, quickly found the problem, fixed it, and then helped me vacuum the dust from the vents on the back of the refrigerator, at no additional charge! He was very nice and I would definitely call them again.

Dannell did great work and communicated thoroughly with owner and tenant throughout the process. Would recommend to anyone looking for appliance repairs. I look forward to sending him some HVAC work in the future to test his mettle on that as well.

A-Tech Repair was by far the best appliance repair service I have used. They were there when they said they would be and were very courteous and clean. I have an AGA oven that needed repair which was tricky and they didn’t give up. They didn’t rush but instead took the time needed to think and work out a suitable solution to complete the repair. I highly recommend!!!

Our tech came to fix a broken knob on the stove and he did a great job! Very prompt and professional. It seemed like a tough job but he got it done in pretty good time. I definitely appreciate his service and would recommend them to others!

After having another contractor assigned by our home warranty company, we waited nearly a week with no A/C and they never showed! Our warranty company then assigned us to A-tech and Donny came out the same day and had our air back on and working within hours.Donny called back the next day to check that everything was working well and make sure we were satisfied. Excellent service, will definitely use them again in the future.

A wonderful company as they were prompt, prepared and personable. We asked for business cards to hand out to others in our community.
