I had an awful experience with this repair company. First they charged me a $45 diagnostic fee to come and and assess my washer machine. This is pretty standard. They contacted me and let me know it would be roughly $250 to repair, I made the decision to move ahead with the repair. A couple days passed and I never received a call about the issue. I called the tech after seeing the debit from my Credit Card and he said it was gonna cost over $500 to repair and would make more sense to get a new washer. I contacted the company and they said I would get a refund since they conducted a diagnostic, made repairs and still couldn’t fix the washer. I periodically checked in over the next couple weeks on the status and was told it would take a couple more days each time. Today I called and a different woman answered and proceeded to basically yell at me telling me I wouldn’t be getting a refund. The company did the diagnostic, got the issue wrong and charged me nearly $300 and then told me to buy a new one. Do not use this company they will rip you off.

I have had no power to my oven for some time. I had an appliance guy come out and tell me that I had no power to my oven which I already knew, and that I needed an electrician. I had an electrician out and he told me that the problem was probably behind the oven but he couldn't check because it was a built in oven. These guys at Appliance Repair 123 were the first guys who actually seemed interested in helping me get my oven working again. They took the oven out of the wall and gave me my first solid lead that the problem originates with a generator I had installed messing up the power to the oven since the generator switches off the circuit when it isn't in use.
To make this short, Appliance Repair 123 came to look at my oven and ended up diagnosing my generator and helping me get my oven up and running again. I highly recommend these guys. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.
