Miguel came the same day and arrived 15 minutes later. He was Incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I would absolutely hire him again. I needed to put a ceiling medallion up on 25 foot high ceiling. I don’t know how he did it, but it was done fantastically.

Miguel and his team fixed many large holes left in our walls and ceiling after plumber’s repiped our entire home. We also had a lot of trim and drywall damage in our bathrooms. I called him in the afternoon and he came the next morning to provide an estimate. He brought materials to the house the next day and they started work the next day! They were very fast and efficient.

They repaired the drywall, sanded, and primed the walls to be painted. You would never know there were huge holes there!

They arrived on time, had good prices, and sent us texts when they were done. We will use them for any future drywall repair needs, and I would 100% recommend them!

I cannot say enough about Miguel and his crew. I was on a deadline with my house and I had 2 contractors who did not come through for me, but every time I had a problem Miguel said I can do that and his crew worked day and night to finish each step on time. Two of his crew even worked on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day to finish painting the entire house. I had my whole house dry walled (minus the ceiling) through Simon Quality Construction, I also had a countertop installed by them after the company I was working with suddenly couldn’t installed for over a week past our agreed upon date. They installed my kitchen cabinets and vinyl flooring in my bathrooms.
Miguel and his crew will be my first call anytime I need something done in my house. Thank you to Miguel and his crew for everything you’ve done for me. I wouldn’t have been able to move in on time without you!!

Simon Quality Construction replaced and finished drywall for me in our residential renovation. Everything from nicks dings and holes to entire room drywall. The work was impeccable... I will be calling them back for some of their other construction services.
It is worth mentioning that they were quick to respond and complete the work which saved me time between processes.

A very good job indeed Simon. I had a repair job on my drywall where I mistakenly damaged the wall. I called Simon and he gave me a reasonable price for the work. He was at my house on time and had all his tools and did the work soo professionally. I was very pleased with the work done. I would recommend Simon and his team to my friends and family. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The owner, Miguel, is a very experienced contractor. He came the day after I contacted him and gave a quote within hours. The quote was about 2/3 of other quotes I had received, and encompassed a larger scope of work with higher quality materials. He started the day after I accepted the quote. Every day he sent a text telling me when his workers were coming and what they would be doing. He checked in each step of the way to make sure I was happy. Special requests to not upset him. His workers clean up after themselves at the end of every day. The workmanship was of the highest quality including drywall and molding repair, insulation and painting.

Miguel and his team are top notch! We hired him to enclose a dining room space so we could transform it to a home office. He gave a reasonable quote and scheduled us quickly. When starting work, they took care to cover all floors and hang plastic barrier to prevent construction dust from getting all over the house. Miguel personally came to the site everyday to ensure the project was progressing properly. He was very detailed and professional in completing each step of the process. We had a snafu with the paint color (which was our fault), and he very quickly noticed and went immediately to get another gallon of paint in the correct color. The project completed a day sooner than expected and his team even mopped the floors before they left! Very impressed with Simon Drywall and would definitely recommend them!

We had a ceiling break and there was a big hole in the ceiling on Friday night. While most of the contractors do not open or willing to work at 7am on a Saturday morning, Miguel picked up my phone at 7:15am and was at the house to have a look by 9am. His men started working on the ceiling in the afternoon the same day and it was fixed within the next 6 hours! They did an incredible job with a decent price.

Simon Quality Construction just finished a basement renovation at my house, and they very much deserve this 5 star review.
I had a 25'x25' finished room in my basement that I wanted divided into 2 rooms with a closet. The work involved included framing walls, electrical work for outlets/switches/and lighting, drywall, painting, new ceiling tiles and modifying ceiling grid, and 2 new exterior doors and multiple new interior doors.
Miguel, the owner, came to my house to discuss the project and quickly gave me a very fair price to do the work. He was able to start the project quickly and his team worked almost every day, including weekends, to get the job done in 2 weeks. Everyone was very nice and easy to work with. Every morning Miquel would stop by so we could discuss what was being done that day, and I could provide input on how I wanted it done. The quality of the work was very good, and I am very happy with how everything turned out.
I very much recommend Simon Quality Construction to anyone who needs work done around their home.

Highly recommend Miguel and his team! We've had a some bad experiences with some local contractors so it's great to find a good one! Miguel's team were efficient, kept the area clean, easy to work with and completed the job fast. Once they completed fixing and painting our drywall, we ended up asking them to to do a few other additional projects in our kitchen (removing popcorn on the ceiling and installing a tile threshold). We are very happy and will definitely be calling them again!
