Our back yard had nothing but a small area of slab (see the before picture) and we couldn't really enjoy it. HR Blvd Construction helped us make a dream come true and now we have this BEAUTIFUL deck we can enjoy! I had a vision and they understood exactly what I want and had suggestions on how to make it even better.
One of the things I liked the most about working with HR Blvd is the communication - I was updated on every step, every inspection, timeline etc. Hagay and his team were proactive, I didn't need to chase anyone.
If you ever had a project done in your house you know that sometimes a hiccup can accrue, the question is how will your contractor act - in our case we were very impressed with HR Blvd as they didn't consider the project done until we were 100% happy - and we are. We absolutely recommend HR Blvd!

I am a young woman and student living at University Center, and I have to walk by the Stacks and Gathering construction site as a part of my regular commute. I have been catcalled several times in the past year since I moved in by the construction workers, including today when I was on the steps of Johnson hall and got hollered and honked at by both the driver and worker in the passenger seat like a dog in a truck carrying heavy machinery towards the site on Stewart Avenue, over 500 feet away from where I was standing. This kind of harassment towards women is disappointing to experience, especially around a University. When I called, every number in the phone tree branch went straight to voicemail. Please address this so that I don’t have to worry for my safety or comfort every time i leave my apartment to walk to class.

Great work and completed timely!

Luis and Jay were delightful to work with. We replaced a window to a porch with a door and it required innovative thought and execution. Highly recommend Southpoint.

We now have done two projects with Southpoint Property Services and could not be more pleased. It is not often that a contractor exceeds expectations but Luiz, Jay and their team were top quality. We could not be happier with the completed work. They did what they said they would do and the outcome was better than we expected. We highly recommend their services.

We hired Southpoint Property services to do a partial home remodel for us (Pergo floor install throughout, new counter tops, sink and appliances, some wall demolition work) and they were truly great to work with through the whole process. Luiz and Jay were great at communicating about the project timeline and the work they were doing, and they always went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the end result! I would highly recommend Southpoint to anyone looking for good quality work, from hard working honest people.

The custom cabinets that DCI Home Resource sold me were the highest quality for the price in local area. I am very pleased to work with this company. Highly recommended.

After contacting the other local appliance stores and having no luck with finding someone who understands high end kitchen appliances, I finally found Matt at DCI. He is knowledgeable and very responsive to calls and emails. I highly recommend working with DCI.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with results of our complete kitchen remodel (fairly large at over 300 sq ft) furnished by DCI with owner Kaity at the helm. Our project incorporated cabinets from both her providers (DuraSupreme and Signature), both granite and quartz countertops, appliances from Wolf/SubZero & Meile, and utilized a contractor with whom Kaity had worked often in the past.
Thoughout the project Kaity shined in multiple ways. Placed in context: I’m probably one of the most hands-on, detailed-oriented, downright picky clients a kitchen designer will ever encounter (and likely dreads).
1 – In the design phase Kaity deftly went between ‘big picture’ and minute detail easily, providing creative solutions while also tactfully putting guard rails on my own sometimes misplaced design impulses.
2 – In the project mgmt. phase she quickly responded to and corrected unexpected ‘hiccups’ along the way (e.g., cabinets arriving that didn’t match design specs).
3 – Throughout it all Kaity was a great listener, and someone in whom you could have full confidence and trust to bring the project to a successful conclusion.
