Dealing in this booming economy can sometimes be difficult and disappointing. However, this team of guys from the Art of Stone in Charlotte have a strategy to accomplish tasks. From start to finish was so timely and accurate. Details have meaning with this company. The product is excellent and the installation precise. I definitely will continue to use them for future projects. I work in the Real Estate business and I see a lot of mistakes in designs and installations. I was impressed with this company. They are on my go to list for trades!

Do not hesitate to do business with Grant and his team. They are a one stop shop for demo, counters, and backsplash. They installed my new sink, faucet, and re-installed my disposal. In addition to that Grant has an excellent GC as well for anything else you want done. Grant and his entire team are professional, show up on time and clean up afterwards. I would do another project with them again in a heartbeat.

Take the time to read “About” on The Art of Sone website. It is an accurate description of what Grant Winrich brings to the table when working with his clients. When working with us to replace the kitchen and island countertops, and restroom vanities, Grant quickly created a positive relationship. In addition to helping in the selection of the quartzite that would be the highlight of the kitchen, he offered carpentry and plumbing services to reduce the footprint of our oversized island and a tile setter for replacement of the backsplash. As an after-thought we inquired about replacing the vanity tops in our bathrooms…no problem: measurements were taken and the stone quickly fabricated and installed. Finally, after installation, we discovered a small imperfection on the island top (not caused by fabrication). Without hesitation, Grant removed the quartzite, took it back to his shop to correct the blemish and had it reinstalled in 2 days. Grant is responsive, reliable, a great communicator, and most of all, someone you can trust to have your best interest at heart.

Deserve all of the 5 star reviews. They stepped in for us when another company couldn’t get the seams lined up right on our waterfall island and did a great job on both sides which we didn’t expect. Helpful, responsive and skilled. Absolutely know the art of fine stone. Definitely recommend!

Grant and Kelly were fantastic to work with; I could not recommend The Art of Stone more! I recently bought a house and wanted to replace the kitchen countertops. Someone recommended The Art of Stone and from the first conversation, it was clear why. From slab selection, to template, to install, the whole thing was quick and easy (at least on my end!). I love my countertops so much that I decided to use it in a bathroom as well!

The owners are great to work with and they have many stone pieces to choose from. They also work with a supplier around the corner, so you even have more options. They have all of the equipment to do all the fabrication in house.

The Art of Stone is simply the best in Charlotte. Grant know everything there is to know about hard surfaces, installation of them, and anything else you may need to know. He has done two high end homes for us...both top notch. He also has a HUGE warehouse showroom, with great selections, AND the added benefit of being both the warehouse, fabricator, and installer all under one roof...so the quality and accountability is a one stop shop...without the headaches of some of the other places (prior to finding Grant we used 5+ other groups and he is by far the best in town)!!!.

If you need stone or tile, you have to check out art of stone. Their selection and customer service is unmatched. Both Kelly and Grant were phenomenal. They helped me select the counters for every area of my home and worked tirelessly to help keep everything within budget. I cannot recommend them more highly! Absolutely the best!

Beyond our expectations! Grant and team helped us replace our builder grade island countertop with a leathered quartzite with a waterfall.
