There was frankly no other builder out there to consider once we met Buddy Edwards. With his leadership, our 10-year vision finally took shape. It was no small feat getting our home to flow and the layout to fit so perfectly on our challenging waterfront lot. Not only does he get to know his clients' vision, and does his best to always reflect that vision, but he also knows when and where to jump in and advise if another direction should be considered. He maintains a steadfast focus on budget, timeline and top quality materials. Almost four years into our home now, we are pleased to say that we would not change a thing. Lynn Luxury Homes recently completed another amazing project for us. From our dining room to our kitchen, bathrooms, staircases and outdoor spaces, Buddy Edwards provided A++ service and it shows!

This was our third project working with Buddy and once again we were extremely thankful that we chose to work with him! From the first time we worked with Buddy, it was clear that he was committed to building a long-term relationship of trust and confidence. Well, that relationship has been win-win for all of us because the level of detail, time and care he puts into every job is extraordinary!

When the opportunity arose for us to journey into another project, one thing we did not have to worry about was finding a new builder! Buddy had not only proven his capability and uncompromising commitment to excellence, but most importantly to us, he had proven his character. Buddy didn't tell us what he thought we wanted to hear, he told us the truth, he earned our trust and has not let us down! Now, after three projects working together, we have never been more confident or eager to give the highest recommendation we could possibly give, our continued repeat business!

Buddy is very friendly, has a wonderful family and is also very professional and respectful of time. When we met to discuss the project he was very organized, a great listener and didn't try to interject his own preferences or steer the project in a way that would benefit him, like many other builders I talked too. Buddy listened, asked good questions and made the vision for our project a reality!

Communication with Buddy was outstanding! We talked through most major decisions at the job-site but frequently spent time talking on the phone as he kept us up to date daily. Buddy always followed up with an email to recap our discussions to avoid any miscommunication and to make sure we were on the same page. There were no hidden or surprise fees in any project we've done and this project actually came in under budget! Buddy did a very good job of organizing sub-contractors' work and schedules and he worked closely with them to maintain a clean, organized and safe job site.

In the end, it doesn't matter which room we walk into: the kitchen, a bathroom or our gorgeous dining room, we can see Buddy's fingerprint of excellence and extreme attention to detail and it makes us smile! We smile because we know that it's so much more than a job to Buddy, and it's so much more than a project to us! We are proud owners of another outstanding product of Buddy and Lynn Luxury Homes!
