Timely, knowledgeable, honest, fair, with a Charlotte presence for over 10 years. I will use and recommend Providence Electric for all my electrical needs large or small. They are fantastic!
Prov Elec was our second call when we came home to 80% power outage. The first electrician said we had three choices ..1st 6k, 2nd 1.2k and 3rd temp fix for 450. Thomas came the next day. He looked at breaker panel and then the outside meter. He showed me where the 240 side of the meter had died and was a Duke Energy fix at no cost. He called Duke with me...who guaranteed they would be there that night. I paid Thomas the nominal service fee and 3 hours later Duke came to my home and full electricity was restored.
