Van was so pleasant to work with. I had to change my appointment more than once and he was extremely flexible. His service was impeccable as well as his positive spirit. My home is approx 2890 sq ft and he was done in less than 2 hours. My carpet came out looking brand new!! Thanks Van!!!

This is a local small business, father and son, and they do a VERY high quality job, at a reasonable rate. Very responsive, friendly, and professional. Use high quality products. I had them clean 5 large area rugs, an ottoman and a large reclining (fabric) sofa and they were done in less than 2 hours. Arrived on time and explained everything clearly. I upgraded to the “pet odor remover” product for just 2 of the 5 rugs (the ones my young puppy had accidents on before he was fully potty trained). They didn’t push me (or even suggest) that I upgrade for everything, only where it made sense. They are clearly honest, hardworking and reliable. They also refinish hardwood with a new technique that doesn’t involve sanding so it’s much cheaper!! Very highly recommend!!!

Van is awesome. He arrived on time and prepared to do a very professional job. He is very professional and greeting me with a smile and handshake. He is knowledgeable able his products and was able to come up with a quick solution in solving problems for our intense stained carpets.
