I contracted with Gleaming Gutters for cleaning and minor repairs. I chose them because they provided the most reasonable quote (actually half of what some others quoted), and also the follow-up from Cody checking if I had any questions or concerns. The exchanges were pleasant and I didn't feel the least bit pressured.
I was given a window of 8-10am for arrival. I was informed of the eta and status prior to arrival, which was shortly after 8, much to my pleasure.
They weren't sure about the repair work that needed to be done, and would quote that after inspecting it. It turned out the it was just a matter of putting in some screws and mounting the separated portion back to the fascia. It was done at no additional charge. I also asked if they could replace my flood lights while they were up on the ladder and I would pay for it. Again, it was done at no charge.The young men that came were very polite and personable. The work they did was explained. I felt like a very valued customer, and that they cared.
Choosing Gleaming Gutters proved to be the right and a great decision. I will certainly use them again, and I highly recommend them.
