Ander is very knowledgeable and professional. He was very accommodating the day of pick up and again with the delivery. Our main water inlet valve had broke which flooded the basement where a 9 x 12 rug lived. I had to find someone quick to help dry the rug before it molded. I also sent my other 4 rugs while he was here. A 10 x 14, 7 x 9, 4 x 6 and a 6 ft round. He had the rugs right at two weeks and they are like having brand new rugs. My house feels so clean now. I am planning to have them cleaned at least once a year if not twice. I used to use a carpet shampoo machine like every 3 months but they were never this clean. I am very happy with the job. I could not buy one of these rugs new for what I paid to have all five cleaned. Well worth the price. Thank you Like New rugs for saving me during that disaster.
