M&S Cleaning Service LLC

I purchased a Groupon for this company. I really only have one huge complaint. There were things like in the agreement they said they clean inside windows. Well, when they weren't cleaning them, I asked about it and they said they don't do interior windows. So, every time they left my house, I would have to go back through the entire house and clean my windows, but my biggest complaint is when I originally called to schedule five appointments, the owner, Teresa and I, scheduled all of them at once, that spanned thru three months. There was one visit that she said had to be in the afternoon because she had a morning appt. That's fine. I left the house for work in the morning, and I was going to go home mid-morning as a do a lot of times, and leave a key where I normally do. Well, they called me at 9am and said that they had come and gone and there was no key. Of course not! They weren't supposed to be there until at least 12pm! So, when I called to reschedule the appt they called me a liar and said that it wasn't supposed to be an afternoon appt. I even confirmed saying "are you saying I'm lying" and the guy flat out said "yes, you must have wrote your notes wrong". This is ridiculous. Now, I am not one of those people that think the customer is always right, because they're not, but I do know that it was supposed to be an afternoon appt and they screwed up and now I am literally paying for it. Paying for an appt that I didn't even have!!

I had M&S cleaning service perform a deep cleaning for my home for when my wife came back from the hospital with our baby boy. When we walked in everything was amazing. A++ service and we will recommend them to all of our friends.

I purchased a Groupon for my Mom for Christmas for 5 cleanings. They showed up to the 1st cleaning and cleaned. They then scheduled the 4 remaining appointments. The second appointment they cancelled twice. My mom left message after message and they would not call back. Finally I got in touch with Terin and he said they were at my Mom's house for over 2 hours and did the deep clean and they used everything I bought in that 1 time. They were only there for 1 hour and 25 minutes. I asked Terin if they used everything I had paid for, why would you schedule the remaining 4 visits. He said these were paid visits. He never discussed a fee with my mother nor said anything about being paid for the next 4 visits. I have asked him how much the charge would be but he ignores the question. My question is, if they were paid visits and my mother knew this why only schedule 4, why not schedule 6 or 10. Also why cancel twice when you are getting paid. The # of remaining FREE visits was 4. We have repeatedly caught him lying. If you bought a Groupon I hope you do not get scammed as I did. I would not use this service, the lying is enough to make me distrust them. Tread carefully with Terin and Teresa !!!!
