I don’t like taking time to leave reviews unless it is worth it to help others. Carolina air team Freddy is honest, knowledgeable and very professional. Today he came out to take a look at my HVAC unit which was not operating properly. I knew what the problem was as I spoke to an HVAC relative prior to calling Carolina Air Team. I said nothing to Freddy about what I already knew and his assessment was spot on. Freddy did not try to up charge me or sell me anything additional that I didn’t need as other companies have tried to do. He mentioned yearly maintenance every spring and told me to reach out if I needed anything. If you want an honest company for residential or Commercial as he does both with 21 years of experience, call Carolina Air Team and tell all of your friends about them.
