We had our annual heating system maintenance and coil cleaned. Our technician, Caleb, was very knowledgeable, professional and took the time to look at the services that were provided in 2022 before he arrived. We were very pleased with the results of our visit.

Our AC unit went out on a Monday and Scott Shelton was able to move us up on his schedule. I've been using Charlotte Comfort Systems for years and Scott Shelton came out personally and discussed three options for a new heating and cooling system. Levi and Andrew arrived on the dot and were very professional and knowledgeable. They were also very helpful in setting up the remote access on my phone. The system runs smoothly and we couldn't be more satisfied with the whole experience. I highly recommend Charlotte Comfort Systems.

We can seem to get through for repairs. Left messages, no response. I'm not in the habit of arguing with people on the Internet. Yes, I am a customer it's under my husbands name. But why wait a year to respond to a bad review?
