I can’t say enough good things about this company! My A/C went out and it was 85 degrees inside my house, and I was MISERABLE. Rashad offered same-day service, showed up promptly, and had it fixed within 30 minutes. He took apart the unit, immediately diagnosed the issue, and knew exactly what needed to be done. Fast, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend!

A friend referred me to Global Property, and I’m honestly so glad they did! I was a little hesitant at first because I didn’t know them personally, but this ended up being one of the best service experiences I’ve had in a long time!
He was responsive, communicative, and showed up when he said he would — which already sets him apart. But what really impressed me is that he was able to diagnose and repair an HVAC issue that 3 other technicians couldn’t figure out --
You can tell he really knows his stuff!It’s rare these days to find someone who is both professional and genuinely knowledgeable, and the pricing was very reasonable too.
I told him more people need to know about this company because good customer service and real expertise are hard to come by!
Hands down, Global Property deserves 5 stars!
I’ll definitely be using them again!
